Quartier kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer bequem und sauber. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Tolle Läge nahe der Altstadt. Kostenloser PKW Abstellplatz vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher und informativer Gastgeber!

Guesthouse type accommodation near historic centre.

Stayed in June 2023. Free parking on site and walking distance to historic centre. Quiet area. Bedroom and bathroom clean. There is no kettle in the room but there is a communal kitchen area where you can make a drink and use the micro wave . Air conditioning in room.

More a family run guesthouse than a hotel and manning of reception area, check in, check out and breakfast times ( starts 8-00 am) reflect this. Rooms are on two floors with stairs access to second floor rooms. Our room was at the back (no balcony) a narrow window had a garden view and side window looked at next door's balcony. Room sparsely furnished (only one chair and no desk) but clean and modern. Breakfast adequate. Accommodation OK for two nights but would have chosen a room with balcony or outside space if staying longer.

Location is good, close to the city center and most of the main attractions. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Nice cozy room with well-equipped bathroom. Very good buffet style breakfast and worth to mention - free parking. Everything was just great.

Great recommendation as a budget conscious place to stay

Host was extremely helpful in giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was nice and access to coffee and tea was available 24/7. Parking on site in a secure lot was helpful. Our room was clean and new and comfortable. We had a refrigerator and a terrace with table and chairs. Its a 10 minute walk to the city center which was easy.

A great place to stay ! Lubos is an extremely hospitable host with his care to details as well as his good tips for you

Private parking space within the property. This will be a luxury if you are staying in the Old town when most of the properties having limited parking slots.

The room that we stayed doesnt have toiletries holder inside the shower cubicle. It’d be very convenient to have one.

Inner city convenience

It's a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was substantial for the price, a very good spread with a wide choice. Comfortable beds,I had a great sleep as despite its central location the area is very quiet. Ample parking for a number of cars. Can recommend to all and would certainly stay again

Not really a dislike, but it's an issue that is relevant to many b and b . An instruction folder on the operation of the different appliances would be invaluable. I don't wish to call the owner to operate a TV , Washing machine, dishwasher. Most guests speak a language other than the host country so a little blurb on relevant appliances would be more than useful.

We liked everything. As a small suggestion, some shower gel in the bathroom could benefit the guests.

An Exceptional Cesky Krumlov Experience

I cannot speak highly enough how wonderful Hotel Garni Pod is for the best of experience in Cesky Krumlov. During check-in, the owner/host (who is very friendly and cordial) provided an extremely detailed and most helpful overview of the city and its best attractions and restaurants. The convenience of its location to the historical area and bus station (I recommend Flix Bus for transport), at most 10 -15 minute walk in each instance, was perfect while being on a quiet neighborhood/street. The room was completely comfortable, and the home-made, traditional Czech breakfast offerings each day were exceptional. We had a most pleasant and enjoyable stay, and most highly recommend to anyone wanting a true Czech experience in Cesky Krumlov.

What could have been better? Nothing.

I liked everything very much. Very friendly staff. All interestingly told about the city and sights, what and where to visit and see. Excellent breakfast. The room is big and clean. Large territory, there is a swimming pool. Very quiet!

Really nice place to stay at Český Krumlov. Very high standard, very very clean, very friendly and kind owners, nice breakfast, free avaliable parking place inside the hotel for visitors, just 5 minutes walk to the city center. This is my second visit and I see no reason to go somewhere else next time. Thanks ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Breakfast is good and kinds of food are plenty. Walking 7 minutes to go to town center. The room and bath are very clean. Communication with the host is easy and quick.

Go to bus station will cross a busy highway.

Very nice apartment, a gem near the old town.

Perfect apartment for a family of four. Very close to the old town, about 5 min. Parking, breakfast is optional and is great, freshly brew coffee, hams, cheeses, boiled eggs, yogurts, fruit and veggies. The owners are friendly and provide very helpful information and tips for activities and cultural events in this beautiful city. We will be back ! Hopefully soon :)

Small note, the fridge is very cute retro style, works but the freezer does not freeze.

Excellent place in a quiet neighborhood yet few steps to the city center

Location is excellent - very quiet street yet just 5 min walk to the historical city center. Plenty of parking space. Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Comfortable beds with soft matresses and large enough pillows. Nice outside terrace, picturesque and well maintained backyard. Good breakfast. Super friendly and accommodating host who gave us plenty of valuable recommendations on local places to eat - many thanks for that.

Just an additional roll of toilet paper would be very much in place in the bathroom ...

I enjoyed the staying so much that I would definately recommend to others! the breakfast was very good, the staff super friendly and willing to give us tips for exploring the city while the rooms was very clean and big! the location is amazing since you need only 10 mins walk to reach the city center. having a dog was the perfect place since I could open the garden door and my dog could freely walk around the terrace! thank you very much hope we will visit you again!

Super clean room, comfortable bed, possibilities for making a tea or a coffee. Rich breakfast with fruits, vegetables, meat&cheese platter, egg, sausage, cereal, yogurt, different breads and warm dishes too, juices, milk, coffe, tea (there's something for everyones taste). Good location, quiet street, close to the castle. Cool, that there is a covered swimming pool in the yard, this time the cold weather didn't allow us to enjoy it, but next time we shall definitely try! Anezka was really kind and helpful, givig the best recommendations for walks and restaurants what the locals like. She did an excellent job! Her colleague was also professional. I have only compliments to say! Fantastic hospitality...

Not a hotel as such!

Decent hostel/guesthouse. Short walk to town, bus station etc. Owner friendly and helpful.

Lack of toiletries, tea/coffee, safe in room. Breakfast buffet a bit bare at times. Pricey for what it was but most places there are. Pool is bit like swimming in a can when covered!
