You need to stay here if you want to try the world's best omelettes!! Adele is an amazing host. We immediately felt at home. She was always available for anything and everything. Every morning at breakfast she would treat us to Italian specialities and also discuss our plans for the day and shared her personal recommendations. She loves hosting and meeting travellers, this is clearly reflected in the brilliant hospitality provided by her. Hygiene was also very well taken care of in the kitchen.
The property was brilliant, located just next to the Lake with stunning views and only 3 minutes away from the Olcio train station, this helped us enjoy the lake peacefully without the touristy crowd but also easily reach the hotspots like Varenna and Bellano. It's a very old, beautifully decorated and maintained house. We also had access to the garden. Highly recommend staying here for one of the best Lake Como experience.

Beautiful b&b. Adele, the host was lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She gave us tips and information about what to do and where to eat. So helpful
Bed was a little hard for me. My wife didn’t mind it at all

What a spectacular B&B!. Perfect welcome and great communication prior to arrival.
The decor of the B&B including our room was beautiful.
Our room was spacious, lovely terrace with a view over the lake, comfortable and a good shower.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Our bags were taken up to the train station for us as its uphill with cobblestone paths which was truly appreciated.
Adele is an amazing host, so helpful with everything you need to know.

It was very welcoming, clean and cozy. Adele is such a nice person, will help you with anything and give you great tips where to go. Great locality. Breakfasts were delicious. We told Adele, that the last day we won’t attend breakfast, had to leave early because of our flight and Adele prepared us breakfast to go. Such a lovely woman. Definitely would book this hotel again. :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean, amazing roof terrace, super cozy and intimate room. The host was super nice and helpful and also cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Olcio is a very dreamy little town and this accommodation made it super worth it. Totally would recommend!
Everything was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay! Adele was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were fantastic! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful!
Not a complaint, but just a note that the parking is a little awkward, so better for small cars, and it is best to have someone cross the street to help guide the car out. We managed just fine with a slightly larger station wagon.

Its a wonderful place for elderly couples. I would recommend for a couple without kids about 50 years old or older. For young people its kind of difficult. They close the doors about 10 p.m. and you can't check in after this time. Also close the gates and you can stay until late night out.
They dont speak english which can be complicated and funny. Also check in until 10 p.m. and breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. if you would like to sleep more is not the place.

Wonderful hosts. Amazing breakfast! Very clean. Beautiful view. Exquisite decor. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 days to explore more of the area. Thank you!
We were in 3rd floor (attic) apartment so getting bags up was a little difficult so pack lighter if able or get lower floor room instead.

Amazing decorations, excellent treatment by the owners of the villa. They make you feel you are a part of their family.
No elevator, not sure you can find parking in the facility if you have a big car (but you can walk 10’ and get free of charge spot in municipal parking).
The shower is too small, the TV doesn’t work.
The eggs of the breakfast was cold both days.

Like being at Nonna’s home. Fantastic hosts … loved the view, stay, warmth, cleanliness. They’re very good at getting guests to mingle as well! And great breakfasts as well!!!! And the recommended restaurant up the road is like going to Nonna’s kitchen too!!!

The host was so kind and helpful. Even with some language barrier we could talk and laugh.🥰 The room was clean and we had a balcony with amazing view. 😍 It was so close to the train station so we could easily visit other cities (like Varenna and Bellagio) not having a car.
Highly recommend!
Everything was great!

Great place to stay in the Lake, out of the crowds and with a almost empty beach just crossing the road.
The breafast is really good and Maria is a very nice host.
Will definitely recomend this place.

The area was beautiful and peaceful. We have been to Lago di Como before and returned to the lake because we love it.
Both the location and the staff were great. The house is clean and nicely decorated. There was a beautiful view from the balcony.
It would have been more convenient if we could have had breakfast when we were hungry. It was exhausting to get up the same time every day only to have breakfast. Self-service from the fridge would have been more convenient for us.
We must have misunderstood the information provided by booking.com and thought we would have a kichenett, which we didn't and missed that a lot. We would have also liked a proper fridge with a freezer. Both of us love eating out when we are on holiday, but we find it boring and exhausting to do that every day. Our host said it is not allowed to provide a kitchen in a B&B in Lombardy, which we didn't know. For 1 or 2 nights it's an excellent place to stay but for a whole week this kind of holiday didn't suit us.
If you have problems in climbing steps you have to choose an other place to stay.

Very friendly good hostess and host, excellent breakfast. Clean big room and great view. Beautiful little garden
Notes about extra charges for bottle water and use of the kitchen should be pointed out during check-in, the papers were easy to miss at first.

Maria and Pietro were extremely nice hosts! We've had an excellent breakfast every morning before starting our daily tour. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy.
The location is also great with options for nice hikes around Olcio. It's a very down to earth village that doesn't have the exaggerated glam other towns have, which made it a big plus for us. The hotel is just a few meters to the train station. From there one can easily go to Varenna and take the ferry to other towns at Lake Como. There are a few nice restaurants around for a decent dinner.

Maria is an excellent host, her breakfast was delicious and the attic room we had was more than enough. The views from the room, towards Lake Como, were very relaxing. The whole house is full of art and culture and looks amazing. We would definitely come back

Maria is a great host and took good care of us. The room offered to us was very cosy and comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning in the common room, meeting other guests and having wonderful conversations. Indeed, the house is right across the lake and has beautiful views from every window and balcony. You can just walk down for a swim anytime. There’s also a classy restaurant nearby where we had a great meal enjoying the lovely sunset, I would definitely recommend to other guests.
The location of the property is right next to Olcio station and is accessible that way. We were dependent on trains and buses as we didn’t rent a car amd this cost us a lot of time as the frequency of trains to Olcio wasn’t great. Not a fault of the property, but it would really help to have a car if one would like to stay in this part of Mandello and explore the region.

Maria’s hospitality was heartwarming! She was super friendly and kind. We could borrow her bikes to cycle to
Mandello del Lario and she made the best breakfast ever!
The road in front of the property was bit busy, but nothing major.. :-)

We are staying at this hotel and in these wonderful people for the second time.
Absolutely amazing place on the banks of Como!
Friendly people, spacious clean room, unforgettable breakfasts!
Recommended for everyone!

The location was relaxing with a beautiful feel of a small town vibe - yet, it was a simple train ride to a larger port for reach the lakes key sights. The host were friendly and genuine.
Though located in a small area of the Lake (with not many food options in walking distance) the couple has made arrangements with two places very near who offered great food - with an unpretentious vibe and extremely low price point.
The host couples' English wasn't very strong. They also weren't aware that you could store luggage up in Varenna train station so we ended up making an extra trip back to the B&B before leaving (adding 1 hour to the commute - due to the train only running hourly).
