Great facility, very clean, friendly staff, and close to everything.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff and good discount if you stay 2th, 3th time in Flying Dog in other towns. Power socket at bedside.
Internet is sometimes slow nd cannot access in back rooms. Need to upgrade Internet quality.

Great staff, felt very comfortable, nice kitchen area and couches upstairs, great breakfast, great base camp to explore Cusco, especially for that price
The upper bed in my dorm was way too close to the ceiling. Hit my head multiple times.

Comfortable and quiet rest in a great location.
Breakfast not recommended. Restaurants very close.

The bed was nice and it was very quit
The shower were really bad and the location is very scary to be in at night as it is not very touristic. You need to pass several dark alleyways to get to the plaza de arma

Pleasant staff, half decent breakfast.
There’s a spiral staircase to the top, which is a massive pain when carrying luggage. The staff don’t help either.
They also turn off the showers at approx 6pm. You can’t even have a cool/cold shower, which is really poor when you’ve been out all day.
Not sure why there’s so many positive reviews by Peru Hop. Clearly there’s a deal, but I suggest look elsewhere.

The reception was 24 hours and you can keep the key. The staff was really kind with us, the breakfast is good (bread, butter, jam, eggs and coffee/tea/coca leaves/juice/milk. There is a really comfy living room in the second which can be used to work from home, watch tv or just read. Internet conection was good, too. Also the location is pretty good, you are in San Blas but in the lower part, just 5 blocks from Cuzco's main square
At night you can hear the stairs cracking because the floor is made of wood. Not big deal really,

the beds are really good
they have no functional shower (at least in room 6) I stayed there for 3 days and nights and I could not have a hot shower at any time of the day.
they do not have functional WIFI that lead to the impossibility to pay by credit card.

beds were comfy and the location is perfect! Breakfast was also great.
the wifi doesn’t work.
we tried to pay our remaining balance and the front desk person working that night was clearly drunk or under the influence. The next day, they tried to tell us that we didn’t have the room booked for 3 nights but we booked for 3 nights and this was confirmed via booking.com and when we first checked in.

The beds were amazing, the chill room was super comfortable, the breakfast was good, everything was clean and the people working at the hostel were super friendly.
My room had no roof, which is why I could hear quite some noise from other places in the hostel.

The property itself very close to the plaza and restaurant, cleanliness and they have house keeping cleaning and making bed everyday, the breakfast is simple but ok. Staff very helpful and can assist whatever you want. I would recommend this place and will come back again
The internet is very poor this is the one that the property should consider to improve.
