Good

We stayed for 5 days and it was a good time. The studio was really good. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa-bed. The kitchen had a lot of utensils which was very good. It have a toaster, coffee machine, plates, glasses, pan, silver ware. It also had 3 heaters/coollers, a vacuum, a drying rack and a ironing board and a TV. The internet was good, sometimes it would fail in the night, but it would come by the morning. But nevertheless it did not happen always, it was good. The area around the apartment was also very good, some restaurants and several electric transport stops and a train station 3 minutes away walking. And also about 3 supermarkets in easy walking distance.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the building did not have an elevator. Some cockroaches appeared, small ones. It was a little inconvenient but I guess it's nature. The days we stayed were very hot and the apartment was not ready for hot weather unfortunately.

Muy buena relación precio/calidad, recomendable

La habitación era muy amplia, silenciosa, luminosa y ventilada. La cama era muy cómoda, buenas almohadas.Tenía un amplio cuarto vestidor con plancha, tabla de planchar y aspiradora, vino bien para guardar las valijas

Solo Faltaba en la cocina algún bowl para ensaladas para completar el equipamiento. Faltó limpieza de los pasillos y escaleras del edificio, en toda nuestra estadía permaneció sucio. Nadie recoge las colillas de cigarrillos acumuladas

In general, it met our expectation.

Location: We looked for apartments not far away from the Zoo and Schonbrun Palace. There are some shopping options nearby. Very good public transport connection.

This is a reviewed feedback after conversation with the apartment after we stayed for 7 days. Please read it before you book. Conversation below with the apartment owner, (for understanding i refer to our messages as "OUR" and to the apartments messages as "APPARTMENT": " "OUR" Hello I just received a message from you that says that i have to pay 30 euro? Why is that? "APPARTMENT" 25 Feb 2023 Hello! Thank you for your message! Last week after your departure, the cleaning staff informed us that the apartment was left in a very untidy condition and it took them 45 minutes longer than usual to clean the apartment. Therefore, we have to charge you for the cost of this additional cleaning effort. Kind regards "OUR" 25 Feb 2023 I believe that you make me a joke... We stayed there for 7 days, you charged us 40 euro for cleaning and you never came to clean our room. The room had a terrible smell from cooking... And a lot of noise. The woman who came to clean was really rude and you want to charge me more? I will not pay anything more for this room and if you try to charge me something i will report you to booking. "APPARTMENT" Today, 09:10 Good morning, the 40€, which you paid when booking via Booking, was for the final cleaning. So the apartment will be cleaned after your departure and prepared for the next guest. It does not mean that you should leave the apartment in an unacceptable dirty condition and that the cleaner then has to clean up your filth. We do not offer room service as this is not a hotel. Our cleaners have a set cleaning time to make all scheduled cleanings for the day in time without a guest having to wait longer. But if you need longer for an Apartment, as in your case, then we have to charge you for that too. If we do not receive any payment, you will receive a reminder. But after that we are forced to hand over the request to the collection office.

wouldn't return

The apartment was well equipped, with it's own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It had a large bed (at least double, maybe larger) and a very comfortable sofa bed, TV, cleaning equipment, and balcony. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Close to train and tram stops.

One day, we returned to find that someone (staff) had been in our apartment. Although they left tea, changed the coffee machine, and our possessions never moved, I find this unusual for an apartment. I understand daily cleaning of a hostel, but not for someone to enter this type of apartment, especially without prior notice. This made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Also, the apartment was generally tidy but the kettle did smell and should be replaced, dusty in a few places too

it’s a very big accommodation, the facility is great, have everything, close access to tram and autobus and train station. very recommended and lovely.

the bed is a twin bed, connected to one another and then covered with the linen but we can still feel that it’s a twin-beds connected to one

Good value for money, clean, functional.

hassle free easy check-in, great location. shops nearby, walking distance to schönbrunn. Public transport very close by. Safe neighborhood.

Flat was rather cool with no possibility to turn up heating. the sofa was stained, wifi poor with no connection after 10pm.

Disappointing

Well, not really sure. Not the one on the pictures at ALL!

I am not a picky person. I do often sleep with the kids on a tent or rooftop tents as being on a trip. Yet- First thing I felt like to to inside was - grab the mop and clean all floors and surfaces. Washed all the dishes I plan to use, cleaned the durty coffee maker. There is a vacuum.cleaner( missing parts but replaced on swcond day, yet all the floors are tiles and no rugs or smth- a mop and a basic sweep would have been of much more use. There is a set of all variety of knives ( dumb ,yet that is easy to fix) BUT no board to cut on??!. Variety of cups BUT no simple bowl( for soup,or serial or nuts for the wiskey...) And so on.

It was just 3 minutes from train station, nice for families. Washing and dryer mashines were usefull.

The halls were kinda rusty. Spilled drinks a little.

Comfy beds. Clean linen. Full kitchen amenities but water kettle wasnt working.

Very noisy place with trains passing by every other minute. When we checked in there was stinky odor from the bathroom. The smell is very strong. Kettle and tv cable wasnt working. We tried to call the number provided and there was no answer. It also looks like the apartment wasnt cleaned only beddings was changed, there was dirty,nuts and dust on the floor. The shower was full of black moulds and mushrooms. I think its better to leave cleaning detergents in bathroom to avoid strong smell.

Very good

Very nice customer service with really nice people every time I needed to communicate. Thank you!

1. emails gave the wrong addresses.- got lost going there first time. 2. subsequent emails are crazy! Too long- every new message includes all the prior communication tht one must go through to find the new message 3. shower was really small and not so nice, and lighting insufficient. Dark! 4. Kind of noisy with families in other apartments. 5. lobby kind of shabby. 6. Lots of steps to climb! But overall not bad for the price.

it’s ok for short visits, but not for vacation.

it’s not so expensive and there’s everything you need. Easy booking and quick access. supportive staff and clean rooms.

I didn’t like the smell in the staircase. every time coming back to apartment I had to use face mask and a scarf to make sure I don’t feel sick. it stayed there all five days.
