Ein Tag und eine Nacht hat sich wie eine Woche angefühlt.

Lage mit Blick auf den See ist sensationell. Spazierrouten sind sehr schön. Auch die Wanderwege sind sehr schön und genug lang. Die Morgenstimmung bei Sonnenaufgang ist sensationell. Klassisches Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut.

Der Preis ist doch etwas hoch.

Great location and very friendly, well-trained staff

The staff were friendly and professional, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent

The room was unbearably hot with duvets designed for winter. The window was opened on request but that only made a marginal difference. It was a pity that the window was quite dirty as the view of the lake was terrific. The food was ok but quite limited and quite expensive.

Un moment doux en amoureux qui allie nature et détente!

J’ai adoré le petit déjeuner et en plus nous avons pu le prendre dehors sur la terrasse! Magnifique moment! Le spa avec vue sur le lac : un must!

Super séjour.

Prestations spa familial. Qualité de la chambre super. Choix au petit déjeuner fantastique! Bowling, cinéma, etc. C’est vraiment génial.

Rapport qualité prix du restaurant Tschachtli, lenteur du service. Spa: pas de renouvellement des linges secs et boissons. Pas de flop/flaps fournies. Trop d’animaux domestiques. Des chiens dans la salle de déjeuners, c’est détestable.

Erholung, Wellness, feines Essen und grandioses Frühstück an herrlicher Lage mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten und Bikerout

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll mit einer guten Mischung aus Holz und modernem Design eingerichtet. Besonders die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen aus Entendaunen sind für ein Hotel überragend hochwertig und sind sehr kuschelig. Obwohl Saisonstart wirkte das Team eingespielt und sehr freundlich. Besonders reizend war, dass anlässlich meines Geburtstages mich eine handgeschriebene Karte mit Grüssen vom Team und kleinem Geschenk erwartete. Überaus nette Geste! Danke dem gesamten Team für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Hier gibt es nichts zu schreiben. Es fehlte an gar nichts!

Eine Lodge der Extraklasse

Die Frutt-Lodge, bestehend aus zwei Hotelkomplexen, eine auf dem Berg und eine am See, ist ein modernes, gut gelegenes, von der Bergstation problemlos erreichbarer Hotelkomplex. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Berg Lodge und die See Lodge sind mit einem modernen, unterirdischen Tunnel miteinander verbunden. Für das kulinarische Wohl sorgen diverse, kulinarisch feine Restaurants. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der SPA-Bereich ist grosszügig, herrliche Bäder mit unbeschreiblich schöner Aussicht. Für das leibliche Wohl wird gesorgt, Früchte und Getränke im SPA werden von den SPA Mitarbeitern immer wieder aufmerksam nachgefüllt.

Férias perfeitas na montanha.

O Resort é uma delícia! Muito preparado para as crianças. Eu fui com uma bebê e um menino de 5 anos. Foi ótimo para ambos. Além disso, meu filho tem alergia alimentar, e todos da equipe eram muito cuidadosos em relação a isso. A alimentação é muito variada e bem preparada. A equipe do restaurante era muito atenciosa e gentil! Destaque para Cristina e Laura. A paisagem no inverno é de tirar o fôlego! Dos lugares mais lindos que já fui na vida!

O clima nos quartos é muito seco, devido ao aquecimento. Penso que a instalação de umidificadores tornaria o ambiente muito mais agradável.

Wie immer war uns super wohl auf der Melchsee-Frutt, wir empfehlen die Frutt-Lodge gerne weiter!

Ausstattung wunderschön. Service mit Gepäckabgabe von der Bahnstation bis ins Zimmer problemlos! Top Frühstück in wunderbaren Räumen. Sehr engagiertes Personal. Tolle grosse Sauna! Abendessen sehr elegant und schmackhaft. Küche etwas langsam.

Die Betten schön gross aber eher hart zum liegen. Der Ruheraum im Spa ist sehr dunkel, trüb, durch Doppeltür getrennt wirkt er etwas wie eine Ausnüchterungszelle ;-) Es hat aber sonst nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Liegen. Mittagessen auf Terrasse überteuert und nicht ganz auf dem Stand des Hotels.

adore the location, but ….

excellent location, comfortable room with a great view , clean

monotonous menu, families with kids in part of the resort designated for adult guests, long wait for ordered food, not warned of techno festival with music played after midnight in vicinity of the hotel . I am a regular visitor- the service level has decreased vs. 3-4 years ago

Spectacular! We all loved it 😍

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

What’s not to like, it’s all fabulous!

Wonderful relaxing stay with lots of activities and wonderful food.

Beautiful views and location. Food at the restaurants were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really warm and the beds were very firm. Could open a small window to let cooler air in but rooms stayed on the warmer side.

you can ise ths spa the full day of gour checkout!

great location in the ski resort, good spa and very nice rooms. the spa can be used the full day of your checkout day

the service in the restaurant was a bit messy, too many people involved.

we enjoyed the stay a lot, the kids program was great

great food, beautiful room, amazing kids club, spa

quite expensive, we had only partly lake view, the Benedict eggs weren’t perfect :)
