tres bel endroit

le personnel etait tres pro.Le buffet du petit dejeuner excelent. Le cadre est magnifique avec une belle miscine,emplacement au calme avec jardin luxuriant.Chambre tres spacieuse.

ES UNA PENA, ES MUY BONITO PERO ABANDONADO

la piscina, para después de las pateadas.

El desayuno, pobre. La habitación, le falta rehabilitarla. Cristal de puerta de entrada rota y la cerradura también. La calle de acceso es impracticable.

Déception

L'excursion avec Borein qui était fantastique. Un grand merci à lui 🙏 Le restaurant qui était bon, le personnel est gentil.

La 1ere nuit, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée qui a été donné à quelqu'un d'autre. Je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenu en amont, car j'aurais réservé ailleurs. La chambre de remplacement était très austère, pas de déco, ni bar, ni télé, pas de chevets non plus, pas de moustiquaire, je doute que ce soit une chambre qui soit utilisée habituellement ... Et une coupure d'eau le soir à 2 reprises. La 2 ème nuit nous avons eu la chambre prévue, avec un ménage fait partiellement (toiles d'araignées entre autre)et cette fois il manquait les serviettes... Que nous avons dû réclamer à la réception. Toujours pas de moustiquaire, un frigo vide, une télé et une bouilloire qui n'étaient même pas branchés, nous avons dû le faire nous même sur la seule prise accessible. Pas de chaussons, une baignoire qui n'était pas un jacuzzi. Nous avons eu en compensation 2 massages khmers et des consos offertes mais je suis quand même très déçue de la prestation qui n'est pas fidèle à la description sur booking. De plus, j'avais posé une question par mail via booking 2 semaines avant et on m'a répondu le jour de mon arrivée, ce qui n'était plus très utile. Au final le cadre est joli mais il manque cruellement d'entretien et le service est très moyen, c'est vraiment dommage.

Me lo esperaba mucho mejor, pero un sitio muy tranquilo

El ambiente tranquilo lejos de la caótica Battabang que no merece la pena ver. Mucho mejor los alrededores, con un dia sobra pata verlos. La habitación famimisr es espaciosa. El señor del tuk-tuk en la puerta que por 25$ nos llevo todo el dia a ver cosas,incluida el restaurante de la cena que nos recogió. Muy amable

La liempieza de la habitacion deficiente. Desayuno muy pobre, algo de fruta, tortilla, tostadas y arroz o nudles. La piscina el agua turbia y fondo sucio El wc con duchas con paredes con moho y aspecto envejevido, nada que ver con las fotos de booking. El inodoro limpio. Sabanas y toallas limpias.

Buffet breakfast was very nice. The pool had cool lightnings during the night and the hotel provided towels; the room was also very confortable and you couldn't hear the people around you.

valued stay

We have a connected room, both room have massive space and queen size bed, bed is comfortable but have some pilling on bed sheet. Bath room is big, shower water big and hot but only have showerhead, I prefer to have a hand shower. Breakfast not so variety but acceptable. double bed room have a small private pool with glasses roof is impressive but is shame the day we stay can not see the stars at night.

Tower is over used become very thin and dirty feel. When shower have a very big ants on the wall.. a bit scary they fall on me. air conditioning not work very well, only certain part of room can feel it works that make night time a bit tough to fall asleep.

it had sufficient vegetarian choices for breakfast as well as dinner. the staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that they had bikes and scooters. also the pick-up and drop off was very convenient..

A little oasis just outside of the central town

The Sanctuary grounds is beautifully landscaped with friendly staff.

The rooms and bathrooms could use a refresh. The property probably suffered over the last three years with the decline in tourists.

Lovely, quiet clean property. Very close to the centre of town, maybe 5-7 mins in a tuk tuk. Lovely pool. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Relief to be away from the dusty centre.

The Sanctuary is just that....an oasis of calm and beauty in the city.

The pool was very nice and the gardens beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. It is a quiet location. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We were two female guests. One American, one German. Our overall stay in Cambodia was 20 days. Pros: This hotel is located in a lovely natural garden setting, and they did well incorporating the plantings into the large pool area. Pool is clean and has both shade and sun. When guest count is low, the hotel serves individual breakfasts (with multiple choices) and when guest count is high they serve a very good buffet. The hotel also has a restaurant with tasty food. We appreciated the existing of a machine that produced clean drinking water.

Beds in the hotel were quite hard.

Nice room with an good bed. The room was very big and clean. We also liked that it has an musquito net.

They had a bit of a setback because of corona and needed to do some maintenance. They where busy working on it so i gues this will be solved soon.

Great atmosphere in need of a bit of renovation

The hotel has the great atmosphere of a hidden enchanted garden with a pool in the middle and bungalow style rooms around it. Staff was super sweet despite forgetting the promised packed breakfast.

The place is in need of a gentle facelift which would greatly improve its marketability. The center of town is about a twenty minute walk away which is actually a perfect post-dinner stroll or an easy tuk-tuk ride.

The swimmingpool looked like a pond of steady water, even if we saw the staff cleaning the surface with a thin net, the motor to filter the water was always off...so we did not swim...

Room was comfortable and the pool lovely

The road to the hotel was unmade, flooded and dark at night, only a problem in the evening when walking to and from the villa.

Great stay!

lovely little place. The staff were friendly and the room big and spacious. The pool area was really nice and they had pool towels.

Location is a little out of the way so the walk home at night did make us feel a little uncomfortable as two females as it was very dark.
