Great Value for money

Staff were so friendly & welcoming, Nothing was too much trouble! Berra the receptionist was exceptional and always had a smile on her face! Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked fried eggs & omelettes were delicious. Bonus of an outside pool which we used on a daily basis... Thank you Divan team from room 413!!

-Das Personal war freundlich -Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, das Personal fährt das Auto rein und auch raus bei Bedarf. Man kann sich zurücklehnen. -Die Betten waren sauber und angenehm

-kein Frühstück (bei dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, sollte das Frühstück nicht die Welt sein) -Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind begrenzt -Das Mobiliar ist etwas veraltet -Beim Duschen wurde das Wasser manchmal plötzlich kalt

Çalışanlar ilgili, oda rahat, teras güzel fakat yağmur yağdığında üstü açık olduğu için ıslanıyor, bunun dışında konforlu ve sessiz, otopark sorunu yok. Evcil dostunuzla konaklayabiliyorsunuz.

Tüm oteldeki Halılar temizlenmeli ya da kaldırılmalı. Benim gibi alerji sorunu olanlar için, her yerin halıyla kaplı olması solunum yolu sorunlarına yol açabiliyor.

A very good place to stay in Bursa.

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.

الغرفة نظيفه واسعة بلكونه لها اطلاله جميله على مدينه بورصة ، الفطور بوفيه ، الموظفون متعاونين بشوشين ومرحبين ، نظافة الغرفه يوميا ، بجانبه حديقة الذهاب اليه مشيا ، يبعد عن وسط بورصه والاماكن السياحيه بين 10 الى 15 دقيقه بالسيارة ،

لاتتوفر مطاعم قريبه من الفندق او اسواق ، في الليل يوجد ازعاج صوت موسيقى نحن في اخر طابق الاصوات تصلنا

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable. The bell boys were friendly and helpful and efficient. 10/10 for them.

Booked as a garden view but all view we had was a concrete wall. First 4 star hotel that I stayed at where there was no complementary water , tea or coffee sachets on subsequent days. The reception staff were very unfriendly and cold and made us feel unwanted. If I had a choice I would have looked for another hotel. There was no hotel phone directory in the room. Had to go down to reception for any query. No room service menu either in the room.

Spa I think it is not under management of hotel very poor management of that spa Outdoor Swimming pool was closed and we are in July!!! Some of the parts in the room needs maintenance and refurbishment

Pleasant

Location is good. We stayed at the hotel and took a rent a car to visit the Telefrik and reach uludag. The hotel has a 24 hour restaurant which is great if you reach really late.

The breakfast food choices are very limited and not upto the mark.

In general the holel is good, interesting design, good restaurant

the spa zone was below expectations, sauna wasn't working, hammams were cold, thermal swimming pool was at least working, but it also needs renovation
