It was operated by private host which was something new for us. The room was clean but the shower was small. We went to other location at the beginning since there are multiple Chroma Italy, make sure you reach the right destination. Location was nearby roma termini which we needed and in a calm street.

Nice place on a quiet street, check-in was very smooth and clear.
Apartment is close to quarters with restaurants and cafes (just need to remember that not all of them work full day or start early).
Apartment close to the blue metro line (5-7 minutes), to the main railway station Termini (7-10 min), to Trevi fountain by walk took us 30 min.
Room itself is not very big, enough place to put luggage on the floor and have a pass to the bed, but since you only sleep in the room and whole day in the city - it's OK, room has a big window, toilet is clean, water pressure is good
I didn't get cleaning service: the day we ask to clean the room, we get only new towels, but floor was not cleaned, bed sheets not changed (it even stayed same state we left, not covered), despite that the italian lady we saw every morning was vacuuming and cleaning the corridor very well

The staff was helpful, the location was 10 minutes from Termini.
8.0
The building was very safe and close to Termini Station.
7.0
Good location near Roma Termini (train, subway and bus stations).
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We found the building to be very interesting with an antique working elevator.
This accommodation is shown on Booking as a Bed and Breakfast hotel, but it's in fact a 4 bedroom apartment with minimal services and no staff in the evening. It is more like an Rbnb room.
Rome seems to be very expensive but we were expecting more for the value. The room was basic and fairly clean at most.
10.0
Very clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely! The location was ok for us, took us about 20mins walk to get to the center, or optionally a bus that takes you from nearby to almost everywhere you'd like to go.
Everything was great!
6.0
It was clean, nice, well located.
Noise. You can hear every word, every movement of your neighbors.

Close to the train Station but far from the center. If you want to walk. You will need at least 30/40 minutes to get to some nice parts of the city.
Don't expect an Hotel. You don't have any services and/or people in the evening. It is more like an Rbnb room.

Bus station about 5 min walk and subway about 10 min walk.

The apartment is located close to the Termini railway station. There are a lot of facilities nearby e.g. restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies. The apartment is clean and the bed is super comfortable.
The noise of the street is very loud as a result we could only sleep with closed windows with the air-conditioning on.

The hotel are rooms inside a familiar building, however is very well located (walk distance from the train station). Around the hotel there are many options of restaurants, with great food, but not very touristic place(good prices). The room is well decorated, good space (can fit easily 3 people) and had all we needed. We did self checking, which gave us flexibility, but also lack a little bit human contact. The owner gave us instructions by msg (in English) and allowed us to pick up our bags in the evening.
The bed structure was uneven and made noise when you move. In general, the room was noise, which came from the street or from AC's machines (In the room of my parents there were 3 AC machine in the window). The cleanness could be improved, there were hairs in the bathroom.

simple nice comfortable. excellent communication with staff. very convenient.

The hotel is actually a converted apartment in a turn of the 20th century tenement house. As it is located just two blocks away from Roma Termini railway station it was a very convenient place for a short stay on my way from Perugia back home. It is also a convenient place if you want to visit Rome, far away enough from the historical centre for the price to be reasonable but not quite as far as to make walking downtown impossible (e.g. the Quirinale is 20 minutes away on foot, you can take a bus from Termini or the metro but it will be more or less the same). There is a kettle and a fridge in the room if you need to have a snack or simple breakfast but there are five restaurants on the way to the station so you will not be hungry (and a supermarket at the station if you want to save).
8.0
Clean room and bathroom, convenient location, reasonable prices, late check-in available, airconditioning
Walls were very thin - you could hear steps from people going up/down the stairs outside, every time the door (and building front door) closed, and conversations from neighbouring rooms.

appartment is very big, clean, cimfortable. but real star is lady on reception desk. she is great
9.0
Family business, very friendly and helpful and happy to meet special requests. Very clean with modern bathroom. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Great lift to level of Chroma Tessera. Walking distance from Roma Termini and to the nearest Metro.
A few steps at the bottom if you have heavy luggage.

Everything very good, my room was clean and Elvio super helpful
The lady at the reception talking with guest at the other end of the corridor early in the morning. It is ok to ask about the stay or give information, just reach the guest at the entrance! Not everyone travels for business, someone comes for relax and doesn’t like to hear “BUONGIORNO! MA STATE A PARTÍ? MA NON DOVEVATE STA FINO A DOMANI?” at 8:30. Of course with non Italian speaking guests that made a lot more confusion because the questions were repeated twice!
10.0
It was very comfortable and cozy, like at home.
The neighbors chatted loudly and for a long time. But that's not a minus of the hotel, it's just that we were unlucky...

Room was a little too warm in the day. Lots of traffic and people noise outside.

Too much mosquitoes. My kids were bitten by mosquitoes. They were itching all over their body.
