Beautiful hotel and very cozy beds, the staff were lovely and we had a really easy transfer to the airport.

Location and speaker in Bathroom. Good job due to spa/pool being so poor. No mention of this on booking.com website.
I booked deliberately for spa/pool. No mention this is shut. It is very run down. Misleading information about what is isn’t open. Staff messed me around at dinner and breakfast. All a bit slow. I think you need coffee. Reception over stretched not much time for guests. You only survive as next to Heathrow. I won’t return.

Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, great executive level, pool, and snacks. Restaurant food was great and staff there were friendly. Room was super clean with great big towels and lots of soaps, robes, slippers, snacks, lighting and chairs. Very convenient for the Hotels/T5 bus. Safe area to walk around the hotel to stretch your legs.
The king size bed was way too hard. Felt like a mattress cover over a plywood box. The Welcome to Hilton T5 chocolate plane and fruit was a nice touch but it looked a bit tired like it had been out too long.

The overall decor and design is well thought out. Great location from Heathrow
Maintenance however is very lacking. Glasses in room were not clean, tub drain did not work, (Rm 254), Comforter was very nice, but the bed is rock hard. Safe in room did not work.

Breakfast was as expected with hotel and I had no problems with it at all. Check in was easy and room was clean and tidy although I felt the bathroom was a little shabby around crevices of bath tub/shower screen.
Evening meal I had pre-booked was limited for vegetarian on set menu.
Large portions (soup for starter) but whilst I was half way through this, a waiter arrived with my main meal and left it on my table, therefore I felt pressured to stop my starter and eat my main before it got cold. I am not a huge fan of risotto and unfortunately it was a large portion so I could not eat it all. This led to the waiter politely querying if I did not enjoy the meal.
The next morning at 8.00am, the cleaning staff knocked on my door with a view to cleaning my room - I hadn’t even gone down to breakfast yet! So I felt obliged to place a Do not Disturb on my door to ensure they did not enter with all my belongings there when I went for food!!! Checkout was 12pm, so not sure why they were wanting to clean my room so early!

Last years visit in Aug 2023 - there were more of the USB outlets for charging iPhones - this last visit only had 2
Noticed - bathtub/shower had a very very slow drainage (not sure if this is normal) called reception- lady said they would send someone up to check it out (she told us to turn the dial in tub) that did not help any because it was already turned as far as it could go. Long story short - no one actually came up!

Dinner was nice but expensive for what it was. Some of the spa facilities were not in use. Good breakfast selection but the croissants could have been better.

We love the T5 Hilton! Have stayed with you many times now and have sometimes been lucky to receive a free upgrade - absolutely wonderful, thank you!
Everything is perfect really, from the warm professional welcome by the reception staff, to our comfortable and spacious room, and then the superb breakfast, catering for all tastes. Even the machine coffee is great!
We will be back! Your lovely hotel makes the start and finish of our holidays very special, thank you all.

There is a hoppa bus (for a small fee) to and from T5, which is convenient. Parking is available on site
The bar is not a hotel amenity but a separate business concession. They added a service charge on our drinks even though we bought them at the bar and received zero service.
What is happening to Hilton? It is not as good as it was.

Large, Comfortable & Clean Bedrooms. Very well sound proofed Bedrooms, even with planes flying overhead every few minutes, you couldn't hear them in the room. Very Tasty food. Great Location. Friendly Staff. Room Service was very quick. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
The long queue at Reception when I arrived. It took over 20 minutes to reach the desk. More staff needed. The internal phone line to Room Service was very poor, as I could hardly hear the staff member talk it was very feint. I had to ring twice, as the first staff member put the phone down on me after he asked me for my room number. Maybe he couldn't hear me either??? The Coffee/Tea mugs in the room were too small, but luckily I had brought my own mug, as this seems to be the case in a lot of Hotels.

Sink in bathroom was faulty(plug did not work and could not empty sink, therefore dirty water in sink from the night before), empty box of tissues, no shower cap.

The room was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happy and comfortable. We stayed for 1 night as we had a Heathrow flight. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The restaurant staff were happy to help. The taxi service to the airport was brilliant. I can't praise them enough.

The fact that the staff changed our room 3 times to get one of an acceptable standard.
The rooms were tired, grubby and looked dirty.
The ceiling in bathroom had been repaired and the plaster was not finished.
The carpets looked filthy.
The black bathroom floor tiles were covered in white stains maybe from cleaning materials.
Very disappointed in the Hilton brand.
If i was from hilton head office I would be ashamed of some of the rooms in this property!

The food was decent and the room was fairly clean. That's about it.
- Most of the facilities in the spa area (not for treatments) were not working. Which was disappointing as that's why we booked the hotel.
- Our bathtub wouldn't drain.
- The bed was literally rock hard and so uncomfortable.
- The lighting didn't all work properly.

The bath plug was stuck down couldn’t let the water out, the rooms were dirty the towels were soaked!

Location was good
Fire Alarm going off early hours of the morning. Evening dinner wasn’t worth it and what the menu said to what came out on my plate was different. I told the staff and they just said we ran out.

Lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Very hot water for a lovely bath. Good selection for room service. Staff very welcoming & informative. Bus to airport ran every half hour & took 10 minutes, pay on board.

I went for one night stay for my 40th birthday . We used the spa facilities . Simran at the spa was very welcoming and was very kind to allow us to stay more than 1/2 hr slot as per booking . It was a real treat . The Jaccuzi pool had so much pressure and just what we needed . Both sauna and steam room also was great . The ice room was not working at the time .
Breakfast was ok - not much options for Halal Dining but with some sweet stuff like pancakes , pastries , butter and Jam and if you want savoury eggs , hash browns and beans . It was sufficient for both me and husband .
***We always used to go to the spa prior to the pandemic then it was out of order for years . I am so glad it’s back open now and we can’t wait for our next overnight getaway ***
I didn’t like the pillows and found them too soft .
Hubby didn’t like the reception area playing Metallica music at 7 am . Don’t get us wrong we love this kind of music but just not first thing in the morning. We did pass our comments to the checkout team on the day .

A siren environment where one can view nature. I thought this hotel would be noisy due to its location at the airport premises but u would not know planes are landing and taking up.
Guest reception and support for bags needs a review. My wife and I were left to struggle with our bags during checking in and out of the hotel.

Staff professionalism for a Hilton hotel very poor. I don’t usually like to comment on such things as I work in the travel industry so understand the challenges however every request was made more difficult had to repeat requests and felt passed around from one staff to another even with room service orders.
The idea was to also be close to T5 but that also ended up costing £20 each way nullifying any saving.

Have stayed here before as convenient for Terminal 5 and very quiet plus it has free use of spa for guests which is good value.
It feels a bit impersonal and very international. Sense that most are passing through, but staff are friendly and polite and work very hard. It was disappointing that certain features of the spa were out of order, especially the salt room and rain showers and I wish people would shower after using sauna , before plunging into hydro pool.

Ashvina, who welcomed us, was First Class and checked us in quickly and efficiently allowing us early access to our room and, as an unexpected bonus, upgraded us to the Executive Level as “Guest Of The Day! This meant that we could enjoy the facilities of the Executive Lounge on the 4th Floor (well worth seeking out if you have the option - or the time) which had a great view of Windsor Castle courtesy of the telescope provided, as well as a variety of excellent snacks and beverages. We appreciated the proximity of the Hilton to Terminal 5 from which we had a flight leaving early the following morning (10 minutes on the bus or pre-booked transfer).
Booking us into a twin room instead of a double - but that was my fault because I did the booking!
