Was not clean mould around the shower food down the doors lots of stuff for the price I paid !!

comfy happy well looked after.

the staff were lovely and helpful.

a few minor maintenance things could be done in the room, bathroom tap dripped, vanity had stains on the counter top. Needs a little cosmetic upgrade.

Comfortable, with amazing service!

The staff were friendly and so welcoming. We even received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment . Location is great, perfect for our needs

The shower and bath were just a tad old looking but very functional.

Clean room, helpful staff, off-street parking.

Shower over bath, no lift to the third floor - it's 21st century, for god's sake! Kitchen: the only room for the toaster was under the fire alarm, we set it off every time we wanted a toast. Solution: relocated toaster to the bathroom. Overall slightly grubby appearance around kitche area

The stairs and not easily accessible for older people. Old rooms and shower handles kept falling off

Clean, great value for money and handy to all needed conveniences. I will stay there again (I have stayed there previous

Handy location to shops but far enough away that it was quiet. it is also handy to local and sky bus stops. The manager on the day was fantastic as i needed to move rooms and that was done without complaint and with a big smile.

i think over priced for what it looked on line and in person

the room had kitchen and coffee making ability bed was clean staff were friendly

i couldn't read controls on remote for TV no clue to guide and bathroom had rust in shower recess where soap holder used to be and on the shower screen door pool was green parking was difficult first night but was ok second night

Nice location and pretty clean, appreciated the housekeeping with fresh towels.

Our room had a broken shower head which we had to twist round to tighten as the water was spraying everywhere, it also had a broken blockout blind which wouldn’t roll up or down with the chain so we had to manually roll it to avoid the sun blaring in.

On a whole. Good accomodation. Needs better servicing though.

The unit we had was a really good set up for 2 bedrooms. The pool was nice. The location was good. Close to Frankston centre.

There was a lot of stairs for old people and carrying luggage. No lift. Our room wasn’t serviced very often.

We usually enjoy our stay here, though this time it missed the mark.

Check in was easy and payment completed by accounts over the phone so staff could check in quickly.

Guests who stayed reported the toilets were not clean, there was hair in the bathroom, towels were dirty and there were several items missing in the kitchen. This was reported upon checkout.

Superb

Initial miscommunicarion meant i was directed to a room that wasnt yet clean (i was early for checkin). Within 2 mins i was upgraded free to a nearby unit. Very comfortable, great customer service. No drama in granting my request for a 1hr later checkout.

TV and TV remote could do with a revamp. Reception Staff could be more helpful regarding requests for late checkouts

You can do far better for the price they're asking.

Room was quiet.

$50 security bond. Who still does that? Way to make your guest feel like a crook. I don't get access to the deposit for days after I check out. No elevator. You'll have to drag your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Shower over a stained bath tub. Tap handle fell off. Dirty towel with black stains all over it.
