お部屋からの眺め

記念の旅行だとお伝えしたのでお部屋をアップグレードして眺めが良いお部屋だったのですが、窓に手垢がベタベタと着いており、あまり良いものではありませんでした。

。快適な滞在

ロケーション抜群、スタッフの対応もとても良く、部屋も素敵で高層階からの眺めが素晴らしい。また泊まりたいと思いました。朝食も美味しかったです。

特にありませんが、強いて言えば夜８時頃にカフェが既に閉まっていて残念でした。浜松まつりの最終日だったので、仕方なかったのかもしれませんが。

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig nahe dem Bahnhof. Wenn man weiss wie, gibt es eine überdachte Abkürzung, die insbesondere bei Regen sehr praktisch ist. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wie das Hotel insgesamt sind nicht top-modern, aber sehr gut gepflegt, so dass ich mich auch wohl gefühlt habe. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war beeindruckend. Besonders geschätzt habe ich Sencha und schwarzen Tee, der samt Teekocher auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung stand. Das Bett empfand ich im ersten Augenblick etwas hart, habe aber wunderbar darin geschlafen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das heisse Wasser beim Duschen: Ich musste selbst auf höchster Wärme erst einiges an Wasser durchlassen bis es zum Duschen eine angenehme Temperatur hatte. Nicht schlimm, lediglich schade. Ebenfalls schade, dass die beiden Bars geschlossen waren.

Cost performance at room amenities & facilities.

Additional costs are required for using swimming pool & jym. Level of breakfast buffet is little bit low. Size of TV set is small.

wonderful facility with some of the things you’d expect in a hotel of this quality missing

The room is was large and comfortable, with a view from the 41st floor out to the ocean. Comfortable bed and chairs, good closet space.

Many of the restaurants were closed (temporarily?) so the atmosphere was a bit strange. Even the hotel bar was closed.

Best location hotel in Hamamatsu city.

Good location for both train users and car users. Nice view from windows especially night time you can see whole Hamamatsu city view. A room is also large and good equipment. Personally free coffees at the room was very nice.

I couldn't understand how to use a rubber mat which was so used and a little dirty.

It's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was up to my expectations.

Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hamamatsu.

The room was clean and the hotel staff members were all very helpful. They have organised a room with a view of Mt Fuji for me.

A short walk from the station but it was fine as it was connected from a shopping centre in the station to the hotel. Also it was all flat.

convenient location

The room was small (Premium Comfort Floor? No evidence of this) and tired: scuffed furniture and wallpaper. Antique television. For the premium price I would expect much better. The Japanese restaurant served pleasant food but the room had the charm and atmosphere of of an overlit school cafeteria. The insistence on a bulky perspex screen between two people who were sharing a bedroom was ludicrous and uncomfortable. The waitress’s assertion that it was to protect other diners (one other table 10 metres away and no screen between us and them) was silly and insulting.

Great if you can afford it

Room and amenities are great. Breakfast was good too. Front desk staff sanitized the counter including writing pad and pen between 2 customers. Very thoughtful in pandemic times.

Specials menu for room service was only in Japanese..not foreigner-friendly (as opposed to all other signs and instructions available in both Japanese and English
