Super hotel met top faciliteiten in een mooie stad, locatie is erg centraal.

Locatie is top, super mooie stad, kamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn top. Service van het personeel was super geregeld, allemaal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast zijn de faciliteiten in het hotel top!

In principe niks, alles was vooraf gemeld, het enige was dat de kaartjes af en toe niet werkte, maar dat werd snel en makkelijk opgelost aan de balie door vriendelijk personeel.

Tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve oldukça yardımseverdi… (resepsiyontist, restaurant bölümünüde olan ve bellboy arkadaşlarınıza ilgi ve alakaları için ayrıyeten teşekkür ederim,. Odalar temiz ve konforlu olurken otel konum olarak oldukça merkeziydi. Otel nizami caddesine, içerişehire oldukça yakın olurken etrafında üç adet avm bulunmakta… yürümeyi seven biriyseniz 20 dk yürümeyle gezmek istediğiniz tüm noktaları keyifli bir şekilde gezebilirsiniz.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Meer. Reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.. Traumhafte 360-Grad-Bar im 25 Stock mit einem super Ausblick auf die Stadt..

Musik in der Bar könnte etwas leiser sein, damit man den Ausblick auch genießen kann und seine Begleitung nicht anschreien muss..

Excellent hotel in good location

Excellent hotel, true 5 star..room is great, bed comfy, they give you free water, massage was great, huge parking..location is also excellent, nice staff, great views..

Only negative is quality of french pastry and bread at the breakfast, as it is too hard..

Amazing property with beautiful rooms and facilities

I was upgraded to a suite which was really very nice - had a beautiful pool, jacuzzi , steam, sauna and hammam

We asked Hilton to arrange a taxi to go to shahdag - driver didn’t know the language and took forever to reach shahdag . A journey of 4-5 hrs took > 9 hours. Driver got lost like 5 times .. this was not expected from Hilton guaranteed taxis.

Bad experience

Location was good and quite clean

Staff were so bad, specially at the reception or for any services like in room dining, or laundry. They basically don’t answer when you call them! No one response at all. Very bad service, I won’t recommend it at all.

Extremely overpriced for what it offers

Poorly managed and the housekeeping is terrible

It certainly doesn’t have 5 star standards and everything beside the location is extremely average. The management was not proactive and I had to complain over and over and go through booking.com for them to take action and address try grievances. It was a stressful stay and quite disappointing

Отличный отель по локации, обслуживанию , выключенным услугам , с просторными номерами и хорошим видом. В Баку не первый

Локация, обслуживание , чистота и ежедневная уборка номеров, хороший завтрак, вид из номера ( на море и дом правительства), просторный номер и удобная кровать, качественный интернет, отличный бассейн ( +хамам , сауна), разнообразие ТВ программ ( на русском языке ). Отличный отель!

Есть номера в которых курили и нам дали первый номер именно такой. Считаю , что в отелях нужно запретить курение, это и безопасность и здоровье и комфорт проживающих!

Pleasant stay, nice rooms, very nice facilities including Hamam, but disappointing breakfast

Excellent location, great rooms and fabulous facilities

This was probably the first hotel where we had to wait in queue for breakfast. When we opted to rather have the breakfast at the business lounge, the options were very limited. If the hotel can’t handle large volume of guests, they should rather improve the business lounge options.

Great location

Hilton Baku is perfectly located between the city center and boulevard. it offers stunning sea side and city side views. The property is walking distance away from all major attractions of the city.

The staff service was slow. On most of the occasions housekeeping did not answer the call even after two - three attempts.

Tremendous restaurant staff

Staff was just amazing, never felt so welcomed nor well treated at any other hilton before, or any hotel for that matter. Warm, humble and sincere people, especially the staff at the restaurant and bar..they made our stay just unforgettable. Thank you very much!

Вид из номера шикарен) покупали клубный номер с доступом в лаунж, утром сервирую скромный но приличный завтрак, на вечерние «счастливые часы»можно хорошо поужинать, есть горячее, закуски, алкогольные и безалкогольные напитки.

Странная система спа, общий бассейн где все в купальниках сидят в общей джакузи рядом и разделение на мужские и женские парные. При этом женские вообще не работают, их просто не включают, или включают на температуру минимальную, чуть теплее чем снаружи. В мужской зоне все прекрасно, но женщинам туда нельзя. Сексизм и вопиющее неуважение! Оценку не снижаю, отель хороший объективно, но если спа важно в вашем путешествии лучше рассмотреть другие светские, семейные отели! Где в парных могут отдыхать не только мужчины.

Nice stay, but last time for me in hilton baku

The location, yasin from breakfast crew

The items of room service menu were overpricedddddddddddddddddd compared to their taste and presentation…. The laundry took 3 days for 2 items only !!!! The room was way smaller than the pictures showed & for a 5 star hotel Ive stayed in much bigger rooms in a 3 and a 4 star hotels … not a hilton !!

I’d visited Baku previously, and it’s getting better! Hilton Baku has no surprises!!! 5 stars

All photos are real, no surprises! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Interesting elevator system. Nice Hammam and MASSAGE! Shower, towers and roomy size of bathroom! The Bed is sooooo comfortable + pillows 4 are make You sleep as a baby!

I was staying in Luxury room, and expected fruits plate “Welcome”!

Staff is very tricky and tries to scam customers

Location was good

I booked a two bedroom suite. When I reached they wanted to give me two connecting rooms and when I showed them the pictures of the living room in the booking they gave me a 1 bed suite with a connecting room saying it was complimentary. The second night, the air conditioning stopped working due to maintenance issues. Next day.i informed the guest services about the ac issue they told me that they would come and show me how ac is turned on properly. Rude receptionist and staff not trained.
