Views from the balcony were stunning.
The food at the restaurant was tasty, although more expensive than I thought it would be.
It was close to Ricks Caffee if you like to jump off the cliffs.
I know there was a pool too, unfortunately we were only there for a couple of days so we didn't have a chance to see it.
There was a menu with the room service on the table, but there was no information about how to order or how to get more information. So we had to google the phone number of the reception and ring them to ask as we didn't want to leave the room first thing in the morning and thought it's a brilliant option. It turns out that you need to go to the restaurant to order it and you can request that they bring it over to you. Although when I went down to the restaurant they suggested I wait and bring it up myself. Not sure what's the point of the room service.
The sink in the kitchen was broken so we couldn't use it.
The living room had no air con, just one fan. Given that it was 35 degrees it was very very hot.
It wasn't very well connected. Rick's caffe was the only thing nearby (5min walk and very expensive) but there was no footpath, so you had to walk along a very narrow road which didn't feel very safe. You definitely need a car in that area.

I would just like to say all praises to the general manager, Cassandra, who made our stay exceptional. she’s a true example of a person who knows how to run a business. The resort is by far the most beautiful place that we ever been. Cassandra takes good care of people and good care of place.

Breakfast and dinner were very good, and staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the coffee bar at breakfast. We thought the prices were fair and enjoyed the casual and laid-back atmosphere of this lovely property. We would definitely be back in the near future.
I didn't know that only the bedrooms were air conditioned. However, leaving the bedroom door open cooled off the entire apartment. Our room had a television in the living room area, we would have preferred it in the bedroom. Pool was a little small but cute, and the hot didn't work.

Everything was okay.

Best resort I've stayed at. Location and facility is incredible. Step into the water to snorkel, cliff dive, swim, etc. Privacy is everywhere here.
Nothing bad to say about this resort!

Ivan’s restaurant, the view, the staff, the pool
The beds were firm, not much of an issue considering where we are, but we had ants in the bathroom and living room. They came in and cleaned up once, after that we used our own remedies to get the job done.

Having to go to the restaurant to make a room service order. I suggest the restaurant get a separate phone line so guests can call for room service.

Stunning view on the rock, comfortable room
Too noisy at night. Dogs barked all nights, and I could even hear neighbors talking. Room not soundproof at all.... couldn't sleep

This place is an awesome place to stay. We had our 3 kids got two suites. It felt super safe, loved snorkeling g around the cliffs. Felt like a safe area. Lots of great authentic dining options walking distance from here.
When we arrived we were informed breakfast was not included. Even though I showed them on booking.com, where I booked, it clearly said breakfast included. For a family of five that makes a big difference. Our rooms were ready an hour late, not a big deal but not great. Two different mornings for breakfast they were out of what we wanted. We ordered Togo from the restaurant one night, and ate there the last night. I don't know if the server was new but it was the worst dining experience of my life. We had 7:00 reservations, when we got there the table wasn't ready so we ordered a couple of drinks while we waited. About 15 minutes late our table was ready. We ordered drinks (except me because i still had one from the bar) after about 5 minutes our server came back for our food order without our drinks. After 30 minutes still with no drinks my husband went to the bar to get us some drinks. When he came back to the table he said he saw our families drinks sitting there at the bar so he went back and got them. They were all watered down. Some of the other staff brought our food. We had seen our server attending to a party of 12 or so at a table near us that already had their food even though they came after us but she did not bring our food or drinks. As we were finishing up eating my husband had dropped his napkin on the floor he picked it up and put it on his plate that was covered in sauce. When the server finally came back she picked the napkin up and attempted to put it back on his lap. To top it all off when she brought the check she had added on the drinks my husband went up to the bar and purchased because she never brought hers. I was calm until that point but that was the final straw. Not to mention the manager of the hotel was sitting at the table right behind me drinking with who I believe was the owner and didn't say a word.

My adult daughter and I stayed in Aquarius for a week a year ago. We loved it sooo much that I came back with friends this time. We stayed in Aquarius and Leo. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with large balconies overlooking the beautiful water, many bougainvillea and other bushes. The grounds are lush with gorgeous flowers and foliage! Every employee is very friendly, polite and professional. They go out of their way to ensure your vacation is fabulous! I have been to Jamaica a few dozen times and I can truthfully say this is my favorite place I have stayed. If you wanted to you would never have to leave the property because Ivan’s restaurant is the best in the area with a wide variety of choices at each meal. Another plus is the best masseuse I’ve found in Jamaica and the USA! She is special! If you’re on the fence about staying here, I suggest you just go for it, you will not be disappointed and will probably never stay anywhere else again! Also, there are awesome sunsets every day! Catcha has a way of enchanting you and you’ll want to return again and again!
Absolutely nothing!

I really loved the view of the ocean all time fav. Staff was super warm and welcoming always helping us all together. The pictures on the website most def did look just like the property.
The lady in the front desk receptionist was not the most welcoming but the staff made up for it.

Catcha Falling Star is probably the most unique hotel I've ever stayed in. It had such a different feel from the norm. Probably because there were no children, which is understandable because access to the water isn't that easy. But that's what I liked about it. It was such a great way to relax and look out at the beautiful blue sea.
The food was excellent!
The bathrooms are a bit dated, but the room is very comfortable, and huge!
Rick's cafe can be noisy if you have one other rooms close to it. But you can't hear the noise from the bedrooms when the door is closed.

The service exceptional

Some staff were very nice, like reception and cleaners.
Shower heads were terrible. Water sprayed in almost every direction except where you'd want it. Kitchen didn't have a bowl in it and only one plate.
The finishes were lacking - but the view, restaurant and cliffside swimming area were all amazing.

Absolutely loved this property on the West End. It has an excellent view. I stayed in room Gemini 2 and it’s super comfy, has the most perfect little patio. I highly recommend this property. It’s one of my favourites in Negril among many others 😁
It can be a challenge to access the sea at times when the waves kick up but other than that is it perfect!! Still would stay again.

Food was great, location was also very beautiful. A nice mix of garden and breathtaking cliff views over the open ocean.
More info in advance about the seabathing. The cove which is designated for swimming is often too rough/choppy seas for swimming. It is very beautiful, but I wanted to swim more.
