Serious safety issues

Do not stay here. We had two serious safety incidents during our stay that could have resulted in serious injuries. The first involved the entire shower head falling off as water was turned on for shower, narrowly missing my head. The second (and most shocking) was water pipe bursting from bath tub, resulting in entire 2nd floor flooding, water flowing down stairs and to ground floor. The hotel facilities management and safety inspection is below satisfatory standard or non existent. my complaint is also about management response. The response was entirely lacking. For the first incident, the hotel manager offered a free plate of sweets which we declined and felt that they have completely missed the gravity of the incident. The second incident was on our final night of stay. After a sleepless night (and many wet towels) , hotel management has not suggested and reached out with a response plan. I find this completely shocking for a purported 5 star hotel (or for any operator that provides service to the public after a major safety incident).

酒店的环境非常好。服务人员非常的专业和有效率。但是在某些细节，比如设施上有欠缺。体验感没有达到我心目中五星度假村的标准。

美丽的花园以及海景。漂亮的餐厅环境。

总结：设施差 1. 2床套房的椅子底下和柜门没有静音垫。楼上的噪音听的非常清楚。我们这次住宿楼上住的家庭有小孩。晚上的噪音已经严重影响到我们的休息了。我们不得不花更多钱，去住独立的villa。 2.十二月份的岘港比较冷。舒适程度低。酒店没有可以用来御寒的毯子。虽然如此，还是可以让room service 给我们提供space heater。但是space heater 非常小。酒店房间的空调系统不提供暖风。所以房间一直非常的湿冷。设施比较陈旧。电视非常模糊，像十年前的款式。 3. 早餐在osteria al mare用餐。餐厅也很冷。没有设立室外用的暖气。

Great service, staff and kids facilities

great staff, all very friendly and helpful. The Coffee station at breakfast buffet was very good as we got great coffee and got to learn how to make it ourselves as well ! I came back home nad made a few cups already. Thank you Mr Happy ! Also, the reception staff and restaurant managers were very helpful and gave great advice & service. Thank you, Rosie! We upgraded to the Ocean view high floor room and it was a great view.

$$$$ Cost of food at the restaurants and spa services were well above those in the rest of Danang. It made it not feasible to eat within the resort so we went out or ordered food in, and went out to town for Spa services. Maybe that is because its a Hyatt hotel, but I dont think it needs to be that way. There's no restaurants walkable outside the resort so your options are to eat expesive food or take a cab/car to town. I would suggest a covered walkway to connect the Residences to the lobby area, as we always had to call the buggy when ti rained. December is RAINY, so pls avoid this period if you want blue warm waters and beach time.

とても充実したステイケーション

お部屋は清潔で、入り口付近に特大キャリーケース2個置ける大きさのウォークインクローゼットがかなり便利でした。今回はクラブラウンジ利用プランにしましたが、朝食はエッグベネディクトを注文できたり、フォーが食べれたりと充実。カクテルタイムはパンやサラダ、肉類、デザートなどでガッツリ食べたい方は少し物足りないかもしれませんが、個人的には十分だと感じました。プールも大人が楽しめる深さのものと、子供用の浅いプールもあり家族連れでも楽しめるようになっていました。途中で現金が足りなくなりホテルで両替しましたが、現地の空港の両替所のレートとほぼ変わらず。成田空港で両替するよりはるかにお得でした。無料のアクティビティとして朝にヨガやストレッチなどが開催されていて、とても充実した滞在でした。

コインランドリーがなかったこと。ホテルのクリーニングサービスはお高めなので、手洗いしました。

とてもよかったです。

部屋のエアコンは十分冷えています。食事はいつも美味しかった。韓国のお客様が多いので韓国料理がありましたが、日本人にとってもとても美味しい料理でした。レジデンスに宿泊したが、レジデンスの下までいつもgrabが送り迎えしてくれるので便利でした。砂浜がとても綺麗です。子供達はハンモックやボルダリング、いくつかのプールを十分楽しみました。

バスタブから水を流す栓が壊れていました。直していただきましたが、修理は完璧ではなかった。あと、電気もつかないところがいくつかありましたが、つかなくても問題ない場所でしたので、私達のホテル生活には問題はあまりありませんでした。

Large, spaced-out resort, very poor offerings for children, (despite photos & written 'sales pitch)

Well manicured and designed resort, plenty of dining options, Baguette.nExcellent pool areas.

Extremely poor kids activities and catering for kids. No daily variable program, no surprises, a kids club with limited time and zero staff engagement. Supposedly a family resort yet did not cater well for small children at all.

아침식사는 여전히 맛있고 서비스는 더 좋아졌어요. 그러나 5일 내내 먹기엔 변화가 적어요. 과일은 내내 거의 같고, 빵도 앙금만 바뀔뿐이에요. 아이가 먹을만한 음식이 적어요

햇빛은 너무 강하고 여전히 쉴 수 있는 그늘이 적어요. 음료 및 물을 시원하게 먹고 싶은데 냉장고의 냉기가 너무 약해요. 음식 배달시 가끔 정문까지 내려가야 했어요.

The resort offers excellent facilities and daily programs that kept us well entertained throughout our stay.

1. Friendly Personnel: The staff at the resort were very friendly and made us feel welcome. 2. Good Vegetarian Menu: The VIVE Ocean restaurant has a good vegetarian menu, which we appreciated. 3. SPA Services: The SPA services were amazing. I had two sessions that were incredibly relaxing.

1. Check-in Process: Upon our arrival, the reception area was crowded with no available seating. We had to wait for a while before being attended to. The check-in process could have been faster for a 5-star hotel. 2. WiFi Connection: The internet connection was unstable, with different areas of the resort having varying reception quality. 3. Service Speed: The service by the pool and in the restaurants was relatively slow. We had to wait for our drinks until the food was ready. 4. Pool Towels: The towels by the pool were not clean, which was disappointing. 5. Beer Selection: The resort has a poor selection of beer. 6. Food Variety: The food was just okay, and we wished for a better variety of pastries. However, the chocolate fountain was great for kids. 7. Late Cancellation Charge: Although the SPA was amazing, I was disappointed that I was charged for a late cancellation despite canceling my third reservation.

Beautiful resort - stunning beach. F&B was excellent and the staff were very efficient, responsive and hospitable .

Kid friendly,

Phenomenal Gym, spa, sauna, pools, hot cold plunge. Exceptional staff, immaculate gardens, amazing kids club. We were overwhelmed by the grounds - the gardens, the pools the staff, the kid friendly facilities

They didn’t accept our debit card for room charges we had to pay as we went. Probably more straight forward if they were to take our debit card. However this is clutching at straws. Everything else was phenomenal!

Proper 5* Beach Resort!

It’s what we call a proper 5* beach resort. Amazing.

Facilities, options, room was very spacious, direct beach access, pools were beautiful, breakfast was amazing.

Staff service was lacking at the pool side restaurants, the pool side restaurants were also ridiculously overpriced, we would probably have spent a lot more for the convenience (even though it was expensive) if the staff were more attentive.

조식은 매우 훌륭했습니다. 많이 못 먹어서 아쉬웠지만 전반적인 음식 맛있고 한국사람인데 한국음식이 있는 점도 매우 좋았습니다. 빵도 너무 맛있었습니다. 룸컨디션 매우 좋았고 깨끗하게 잘 정리되어 있었고 조용하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 해변도 수영장도 가깝고 어딜가든 깨끗하게 정리되어 있어 매우 만족했습니다. 또 베이커리에서 빵이랑 커피 사먹었는데 너무너무 맛있었습니다.

의자를 움직일때마다 바닥에 끌려 드르륵 소리가 나는데 매우 시끄러웠고, 화장실 문과 샤워룸 문도 꽝꽝 닫혀서 시끄러웠습니다. 우리 객실 뿐만 아니라 다른 객실에서 나는 의자 끌리는 소리, 문이 쾅 닫는 소리도 매우 시끄러웟습니다.

Wouldnt stay here again

Soulless hotel that caters for mass Asian tourism. Staff weren't well trained, some of them hardly spoke any English. Our room for $500 per night didn't even have proper curtains in the lounge where my child was sleeping - the main blackout curtain was missing. Very loud - absolutely no noise insulation. You hear everything from upstairs and outside - that goes from 5.30am to 11pm. That is just from people who get on with their stuff but the quality of the built is so poor that you hear everything. Buggy service is awfully slow.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended!

The staff were super helpful and accommodating, every one of our requests were handled quickly. The facilities are amazing and very modern, and the location is great, close to DaNang City and HoiAn (20-25 mins by Grab). We were a group of friends and concerned that it’ll have too much of a family feel, but the resort is big enough and didn’t feel too crowded at all

Good view, well spread out but needs renovation in room and staff could be more forthcoming

It was well spread out property with easy access to beach and good facilities. Property manager Jason responded to our concerns and upgraded to better room which made our stay more pleasant.

Staff wasn’t courteous enough. To be fair rooms look little Jared and old. It seriously needs renovation. Staff could have been more forthcoming, for my 3 days of stay I didn’t see anyone approach us to check on our comfort knowing very well we were struggling with food options NO efforts were made to customise to our requirements. Also facility doesn’t have any jet spray in bathroom which is an exception nowadays as almost all good properties offer that functionality.

Water licking up from ceiling, water everywhere in the floor at between my bed and bathroom. my friend call customer service tell them about the problem, after 10 minutes, They come to fix it when I shower on the bathroom,I request them to leave but they still keep going up with the ladder to fixing, I hurry up to wrap with the towel and tell them to get out I need dress up but they still say they need 10 more minutes. Tell me to wait😭😭😭😭

This was an amazing family get away and our entire family loved it!

It is beautiful and feels like it’s quite new! This was one of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. We felt very spoiled by the staff and the service we experienced. Sad our stay is over!

お部屋にはウォークインクローゼットもあり、快適に過ごせました。特に印象に残っているのが、チェックアウト後に預けていた荷物を受け取りに行った際のクラブフロアのスタッフさんです。お名前を忘れてしまいましたが、妊娠中の方でした。大変親切で感じのいい対応をしてくださり感謝でいっぱいです。ありがとうございました。

クラブラウンジの朝食がイマイチだったのが残念でした。

Hyatt experience

Gorgeous breakfast with a fantastic big pool and beautiful beach. We greatly enjoyed the Vietnamese dinner at the pool house, which was much cheaper than we expected.

The check-in process was a bit out of order. Too many guests were there and the hotel staff made us wait for a while without giving proper instruction.
