Practical and clean, but the lack of warmth means it did not represent value. Lovely owners.

the room was freezing - the aircon couldn't warm the room up, Both of them didn't warm the room up. the room was very strong on chemical smell, to the point it is in your mouth. As regular users with those chems you have become accustomed to them. Need to be more subtle, it was overpowering.

Excellent, good value for money stay with easy access to good eating venues and supermarkets.

Really good value for money if you have business in the Benalla area. The facilities have been upgraded and now offer a good property in a accessible area.

A lovely motel where staff were very courteous and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

A lovely motel with an attractive and comfortable room, spotlessly clean with nice beds, parking right outside the door, very comfortable settee and high-backed chairs, free WiFi, excellent large flat screen TV, very nice compact bathroom with a heating lamp, cutlery, plates and bowls provided along with tea, coffee and biscuits, fridge, remote aircon, microwave, toaster.

Could do with more lighting. Fridge a bit noisy. Kitchen area a little cramped but functional, power point loose on wall. Otherwise fine.

Benalla is my home town and I needed to catch up with friends and tend my parents and family graves.

It was a nice clean room.

Nothing really, it met our needs.

Fit the purpose (overnight stay) with clean room

Great for an overnight stay. It needs some upgrade but that’s probably why the price is very cheap, but it is clean and has everything you need!

As I said above, only for one night stay.

We stayed at Benalla twice to break our journey to Melbourne

This motel is located in the quiet part of the town, and the room is of a good size and has everything we needed. It was well prepared and cleaned before our arrival. We stayed here twice on the way to Melbourne and on return. It is a good location to break our journey between Sydney and Melbourne.

The motel entrance is too near the roundabout. One needs to be extra cautious when entering the motel driveway.

good shower, bath and toilets.

A place to put soap and washing cloth in the shower alcove. Ueven groind near entry to room was disconcerting. The lovely roses need more care!

Clean, well supplied with lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron. Although an older property, room was comfortable and had everything needed for our one night stay. Easy check in and check out.
