Kuid muidu ok.

Nothing special but fair for its price.
We have found bedbugs in one of the rooms. We vacated the hotel immediately in the middle of the night. There was also a drunk man that occupied a room of another visitor (they told us about it). I couldn't contact staff of the hotel, no response at all. Outside of that the hotel was quite old and a bit filthy. The tv set was a joke and the balcony didn't seem safe at all. Still, it was the bedbugs that shocked us the most and we have photos to prove it.

Location was OK.
My room was tiny, barely bigger than a bed. Toilet was even smaller. There was no kettle in my room despite being mentioned as amenity. Sound isolation was nonexistent either. Group of people was chatting and drinking outside of my room (area with seats and table). It lasted until almost 2am. There was nobody to reach out to keep peace.

Location and clean bedding
Uncleaned floor, shower, glasses. Smelly towels. The curtains don't close all the way, so it's bright enough at night. Only glasses, there were no cups and no spoons. We would not recommend for families with small children.

looks nice and parking is always welcome - but there are loads of places to park for free close to city center
sound isolation is abysmal - I’ve stayed in hostel dorms with 16 people quieter than this place. Wifi was advertised but did not exist. Showers were awful and a notice asked not to flush toilet paper - this isn’t Asia.

Honestly, it’s cheaper than other places. It was very convenient location particularly for my needs. Easy check in.
Again, it’s not expensive accommodation but room is very old, bed sheets are very old and look so-so. the biggest issue is noise. At 6 AM I woke up because my neighbors did. For one night is okay.

Location was good
The front of the guesthouse was filled with snow and 7 cars. Called and asked in Estonian and English were to park. Got answered to in Russian which I don't speak got textmessage park down the street, we did our best... so we ended up not staying as had many suitcases and children and definately not gonna run around in the snow looking for parking spaces... Checked out the room, the place smelled weird. Had an unsafe and not good vibe, so we did not stay there.

It was nice to stay. It was very clean. The hotel room had a small fridge and water boiler too. The electronic check in which you can enter the hotel anytime was nice.

location
very tiny bathroom, fridge doesn’t work

The bed was reasonable.
Leaky toilet, dog barking at night, and tiny space between toilet seat and sink.
Furthermore, one staff member was very rude, and told me in Russian that my car wasn't parked in the driveway. Perhaps she wasn't aware there were no other places to park aside from the grass in front of the fence the previous night when I arrived. One other car was parked there the night before.
Really, that negative attitude, as I was leaving, was unnecessary. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time!!
