Exceptional accommodation - a great choice for this area

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the Booking.com site are accurate... and yet somehow really don't capture just how beautiful this place is. The renovation of the main villa and surrounding buildings has been carried-out to a very high standard, while the preservation of the oil presses and large beams ensures that none of the atmosphere of location has been lost. The hosts were very helpful and extremely modest - we were shown to "one of the newer rooms at our BnB" which was absolutely up to and over the standard of 5* hotels we have stayed in: tasteful fittings, marble flooring, and extremely comfortable. The grounds are pleasant to stroll around and there is ample free parking. The location is also very convenient, whether (like us) you are making this a stop on a trip around Southern Italy, or are intending to use it as a base to explore Calabria and Basilicata. Rossano old town is minutes away, as well as many other interesting sights in the nearby hills. Lastly, a very generous breakfast was provided. What more could you want!

A magnificent rural estate in Calabria.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The estate is beautifully renovated, keeping the rural yet modern and comfortable atmosphere. We were impressed by the attention that was given to every detail, in the room, the halls and the gardens. It is very well located in between the mountains and the sea, close to the historic town of Rossano. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast is rich and delicious. We also want to thank the owners and staff for their generosity, very kind service and good tips for traveling around.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Beautiful historical building and new purpose built annex we stayed in.

There was poor communication as to what was provided for guests. Some guests seemed receive more attention and services such as drinks and snacks around the pool when we did not. Wasps are a problem at breakfast and around the pool - can be distressing.

Historical landmark, the villa was built in the 16th century. It is perfectly maintained and accommodation for guests is of the highest standards, in particular for the region of Calabria, that is well known for the hospitality of its inhabitants but much less for the receptivity of its structures, which are often sub-standard. I have already been there twice, and I strongly suggest this place if you are traveling in the area

Staff is very polite, swimming pool, the property in the common area is great. Good breakfast.

The room is not well decorated in the line of the property. Location is ok if you are with car. Internet in some areas doesn’t work.

WOW this place is beyond spectacular. The location, the buildings, amenities, and service were all impeccable. My only complaint is that we didn’t book additional nights here because it was so wonderful!!!

Magical Stay In Rossano

This was a magical and beautiful place in Rossano owned by the Greco Family. We were sorry we inky got to stay one nights in this beautiful Palazzo surrounded by olive and citrus trees. Everything about the place was gorgeous. We stayed in a new archon with a small terrace and watched the sun come up. All the facilities in the room were upgraded and modern. Shower wonderful as was bed. Breakfast was lovely!

Absolute recommendation!

A beautiful location. The accommodation we stayed in is 2 months old and was beautifully and stylishly decorated and fully equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard garden was very serene, as was the setting surrounded by ancient olive trees. The staff was very friendly and even made reservations for us at a delicious local restaurant. In short, highly recommended.

Romantic stay in this beautiful countryside property in the middle of olive trees

Amazing stay in this large property surrounded by centenary olive trees. The main house is beautiful and is a castle-like experience. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the pool itself is long, which is great. Decoration and gardens are beautiful. The owner and his family are very welcoming and share their passion for their olive production. Breakfast is great and rooms are comfortable with performing air conditioning, which is a must in this period of the year

We initially booked for a two-night stay and extended with an additional night as we felt in love with the facilities, gardens, swimming pool and owners who are very kind and gentle people.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

Surrounded by olive trees and complete tranquility- an excellent place to relax and recharge. The owners are super dog-friendly!

The hotel is expanding..... Glad we came to visit while it was still “small”. The bar service could be expanded till later hours. There’s no restaurant so you have to go out to eat at night, whereas you’d really not want to leave as the hotel is so pretty.
