The staff is lovely and really helpful. The view is amazing. It's really quiet and beautiful nature around. The bungalows are spacious and lovely decorated. Everything you need is available. It's a little paradise!We love it!

Everything is great!

The staff was really really nice, helpful and sweet. We had two bungalows one had a big issue with the ac of the neighbour bungalow and they did everything they could to solve the issue. The seaview bungalows are really nice with a beautiful view over the shark bay. Wouldn't recommend good seaview at the sea front. Good snorkeling with turtles in front of the hotel.

The stairs.... too many expecially for the good seaview bungalows. The bathrooms would need some updating.

Great access to Shark Bay within walking distance to Freedom beach and Chalock Baan Kao Bay. Great view from Bungalow and very private nice deck. Staff lovely and very helpful

the location is absolutely amazing! right on the best snorkeling bay of the island, saw so many sea turtles, sharks and every kind of fish. the staff was super accommodating and so friendly and the Thai breakfast was so good

the view from our balcony was stunning daytime and nighttime however the bathroom was very average.

to be honest there isn’t much not to like. One thing the hotel could look to do is reduce the amount of single use plastic. bamboo straws rather than plastic for example

This place was perfect. Very nice staff, beautiful area. Relaxing atmosphere and the Seaview bungalows are great. There's also direct access to a part of shark bay. Even better, the resort allowed us to use their kayak at no extra cost. Really nice people and place.

Everything was perfect

This is tge second time I have been here, and it never disappoints. The rooms are unique and overlook an amazing bay. The snorkelling is great and the staff are very friendly friendly and professional.

I would suggest hiring a motorbike as it's too far to walk to walk anywhere.

The views are amazing from the resort and ideal location for snorkeling.

Abit to far out of the town

Very nice view of the ocean, good food in the restaurant. Good wifi.

Terrible access to other places (only by taxi). Although I got an upgrade for the room, I was only informed that there was construction in the hotel facilities when I got there. Very loud work from construction in the afternoon.

Great place to stay, excellent service and excellent room, and amenities, people are so kind, happy and grateful, the place is near the best 360° Point View and the top of the world in Ko Tao, for me the best of the best in Ko Tao. P.S.: There a lot of stairs and big steps to going down at the beach or up at the viewpoint be careful with your knees, you need a good condition for this places.

Balcony with beautiful view on the shark Bay. Very good place for snorkeling. The sea was a bit of trouble but it was so nice, we have seen a lot of fish, a lot of different species. When we arrived, we are upgraded because your room wasn't the best view. Chiang was very kind and listening.

The price for eating is expensive. That all, the rest of our trip was perfect.

on the water, we had a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and the beach is one of the nicest on koh tao.

It’s extremely hard work in the blazing sun but… that is my only complaint. The bed and the room was beautiful, comfortable, bliss. Koh Tao is amazing. The snorkelling was mind blowing. The food and atmosphere really tasty and reasonably priced and most importantly the staff. The staff were fun, friendly, cool, happy. My daughter and I loved our stay here. I was extremely sad to go back to Koh Samui. I hope to visit again one day.

It had a beautiful view, great location, and amazing staff. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was a good place for supper if we didn't feel like going into town.

There were a few open cracks and holes for critters to get in. Nothing horrendous, but we did have a small gang of house geckos and a massive spider in our room. Nothing was dangerous. We named the geckos, they were a bit noisy at night. The spider was creepy.

beautiful amazing clear sea. great for a relaxed stay. also staff were amazing and helpful. would recommend the bacon omelette.

def not a 3 star hotel, barely 1. the bathroom was dirty and dripping no room service towels were smelling the rooms are not like the pictures at all we were super disappointed

We stayed in a Deluxe Room which is located right at the Shark Bay entrance. We could just walk down the stairs to swim with the turtles and sharks. I enjoyed watching the sunrise at the bay everyday. The staffs were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is a good quality set menu. The dinner dishes are also yummy.
