It was good but there was excessive street noise at night.

Location and comfort.

Traffic and tram noise. Couldn’t get a second set of keys.

Det var ikke rengjort skikkelig. Sengetøyet var dårlig kvalitet og leiligheten var sparsommelig. Tv virket ikke og det til to dager før den ble fikset

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottima posizione rispetto alle principali attrazioni dell'Opera House e il museo di Munch, oltre che alla stazione e vari mezzi di trasporto. La struttura è di recente costruzione, con un giardino condominiale molto bello e ben curato, in zona residenziale molto tranquilla.

L'appartamento è molto carino, con vista sul mare, in posizione ideale. Tuttavia vorrei sottolineare alcune cose e dare, se possibile, alcuni suggerimenti per renderle perfetto il soggiorno. Non abbiamo apprezzato il letto, particolarmente scomodo, e con un solo cuscino molto piccolo per ospite. Abbiamo segnalato da subito il presunto non funzionamento delle prese per gli elettrodomestici nella cucina. Il portiere è venuto però solo l'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno. In realtà abbiamo scoperto con lui che quelle prese funzionavano solo se veniva attivato l'interruttore delle luci sul piano di lavoro ( una presa "comandata"quindi). Lo stesso portiere ha dovuto armeggiare un po' prima di capirlo. Quindi suggerirei al gestore di scrivere qualcosa on merito, tra le regole e informazioni fornite all'interno dell'appartamento. La TV non funzionava. Lo abbiamo segnalato al portiere, il quale ha provveduto immediatamente alla sua sostituzione, Non era per noi necessaria, ma penso sia compito del gestore verificare le condizioni sei servizi offerti (e compresi nel prezzo) prima di far accedere nuovi ospiti. Suggerirei inoltre di fornire un cambio aggiuntivo di asciugamani, visto che c'era un solo set per ciascun ospite per una settimana di soggiorno.

Beautiful new apartment in a state of art neighbourhood. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well equipped.

We only missed the window blinds. The sun sets really late already in spring time. The curtains were not efficient to make the bedroom dark.

Aceptable pero con reservas.

El anfitrión (empresa de alquiler temporario) cuenta con propiedades en alquiler en varias ubicaciones. Y no se sabe, hasta después de reservar, en cual uno estará alojado. Yo reservé en la zona de la ópera y me asignaron en un edificio ubicado en Dronning Eufemias Gate 12. La ubicación fue excelente. Paradas de bus y tranvías a metros del edificio. A pocos pasos se encontraba el museo Munch, la ópera y la biblioteca Deichman. El departamento, en general, resultó cómodo. Aunque el dormitorio era muy chico, estaba bien resuelto con entradas a ambos lados de la cama. Y el sector de cocina-comedor-sala de estar era chico pero con buena iluminación natural y agradable.

Muy incómodo el checkin, hay que retirar la llave en una oficina ubicada a 700m de la estación de trenes y a 500m del departamento. Distancias muy cercanas como para pagar un taxi y no muy cómodas como para hacerlas a pie con valijas. En el departamento no hay nada más que bolsas de residuos, detergente, jabón líquido, pastillas para el lavavajillas y para el lavarropas. No hay servilletas, manteles ni absolutamente ningún complemento para la cocina (té, café, sal, aceite, azúcar, etc., etc., etc.). Hubiese sido un buen detalle dejar algo como para hacer más amenas las primeras horas. Por suerte, para el checkout sólo hay que dejar las llaves en el lugar.

Superbe séjour à Oslo

Superbe appartement tout neuf situé à 5’ à pied de l’Opéra. Un supermarché se situe à 50m de la résidence . Très grand parking à l’entrée de l’immeuble. Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé. Balcon très agréable pour prendre son café. Personnel de l’agence très réactif aux demandes. Je recommande fortement cet appartement

Great location for Oslo Holiday.

Great location for Oslo, right beside a lot of attractions like the Munch Museum and Opera House with great transport right outside the apartments themselves for transport into city centre. Plenty of options for food and drink within walking distance. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable with all necessary equipment provided.

Staff at check in were great, however hard to communicate with over booking.com chat as it was multiple people and not just one or two agents. We were only informed the day before our stay of age restrictions so be aware of all restrictions before booking to avoid stress

Our stay was very enjoyable. Very handy to have a shop below the apartment.

The accommodation was clean, with basic equipment in a good location. We got what we were expecting.

I would have liked to have found a waffle iron, a small saucepan (there was just one big saucepan there) and a spatula for the frying pan so that there was some option for cooking a few basic things but we did manage with what we had.

Very happy with the appartment, great location, will defenately stay here next time i visit oslo!

The appartment was bigger than i thought and was located close by all main attractions.

Centrally located, but would search for another place if we ever return to Oslo.

Location once we found it. Office is extremely difficult to find which you must find to pick up the keys and directions to the unit.

Slow response by office staff. And the lack of concern when we asked for a shower mat or towel to wipe up all the water after a shower. The poor construction of the shower allows water to flow out from under the doors with nothing to use to wipe it up other than the 2 bath towels or 2 hand towels they left. When asked for a mat or towel their response close to 24 hours later was “we only provide 2 towels and 2 hand towels if you want more we charge…” which was equivalent to one night’s stay. Unacceptable and ridiculous given it was a such a safety hazard. I slipped the first time I took a shower because I didn’t notice the water draining onto the floor.

Beautiful place 1.4km far away from the reception

The place is huge and quiet in a nice neighborhood of Oslo near the Munch museum. The apartment is very clean and has all you may need for a long stay in an apartment.

The place you pick up the keys and the place where you actually will stay are about 1.4km away by walk so it is not really convenient if you have luggage. If you plan to stay in Oslo for 2-3 days it doesn't make sense.

Location was perfect. The flat was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean.

The patio door would not open as the handle was missing. I reported it immediately and they said maintenance would come to fix it, but they never came.

the apartment was not cozy, could they not add a couple of pictures and add some pillows to make it a nice place to be? wouldn’t have taken much effort and as it was now, it really felt like a hospital

A relatively new building and development within a short walk from the Opera house. Spacious apt.

Great location! 5 minutes walk from train station and shopping area. Apartment is very spacious and clean.

Reception staff did not explain how to use separate keys to enter the apartment building. We had to walk back to the office after failure to access the property. They misled us where to find Wi-Fi password. We had to figure out how to find Wi-Fi id and password by searching the router. Cleaning staff only provided one small bar of soap for 3 days of stay.

The location was great, apartments in great shape. Very modern.

Communication with the property could be better. Check in and out info was unclear. The windows are not very sound proof unfortunately. Another set of keys would be nice as it was at times hard to coordinate.
