Großes Zimmer, ruhige Lage, alles inklusive

Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig (z.B. lag noch ein gebrauchtes Handtuch im Wäschekorb), Kommunikation ist auch nicht optimal: Nachfragen wurden falsch beantwortet.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff and great game drives

Enjoyed the game drives and got to see most of the animals. Loved the heated plunge pool and outdoor bath/shower at our room. Comfortable spacious room.

A little more guidance on arrival about where things are located would have been helpful.

Die Lage, das Personal, die Pirschfahrten und das Essen waren 1. Klasse. Das ganze Resort ist ein toller Ort mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Es hat sehr viel zu bieten.

The ideal stay to go on a game drive with young children.

It's perfectly organised. From the moment you check in until the moment you check out. Staff: super friendly. Timings: on point. Quality of food: excellent. Game drives: wonderful! We saw a lot of different animals (too many to name). Separate pool areas for children and adults.

Ontbijt en avond eten a la carte. Zeer zeer lekker!! Er wordt rekening gehouden met voedselallergieën. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige locatie. Propere en zeer ruime kamers. Bagage wordt gebracht naar de kamer met golfkar. Safari’s zijn geweldig!!! De volledige big 5 gezien dankzij onze ervaren ranger. Enkel geen giraffen in deze lodge.

Beautiful location with amazing staff. The game drive guide was fantastic.

The dinner was AMAZING. The game drive guide was incredible. His knowledge about the animals was so good!

When I realized that the cheetah had a collar on it and that the elephants are behind a gate and not with the other animals and the same that the lions and cheetahs were separated, it felt more like a zoo than being in nature.

Garden Route gem

A little hidden gem. We loved every moment, from the friendly arrival until we departed. Keep doing what you are doing team Garden route lodge, you have a successful recipe. The food at the lodge was 5 Star 🌟 Our game drive was exceptional, and Jandre was great. Very good knowledge on game and wildlife, he had great Koisan stories to share. Cheetah trying to catch a buck was our highlight of the weekend.

Nice to experience

Amazing resort and room view. We get lucky to see elephants from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Child friendly and organised resort.

Everything was just amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the room and the view from the room are wonderful. The food is very delicious and high level. The game rides were very nice and joyable and the guides were very informative.

The perfect stop along the garden route.

The accommodation is close to each other and accessible from the restaurant/reception. The service was great considering we were traveling in a multi-generational group. The restaurant handled the orders for breakfast and dinner extremely well. Extremely accommodating babies and parents needs. Guide very knowledgeable!

Mouth-watering food, incredible game drives and the best customer service

Great facilities, comfortable and clean! Thank you! Staff were so committed to meeting our needs. We had to check out very early and they sent us with breakfast packs!

Had a tiny bit of trouble with power in our room but staff helped us right away!

Excellent game reserve with very friendly and knowledgeable guides. Specially our guide “Sune” she was very knowledgeable, kind and professional driver (which we enjoyed more than watching the animals itself 🤣👏🏼) Amazing and delicious food with variety of options. Very comfortable accommodation. “Don’t miss to visit the Skull Garden💀”
