Poor

The room/bed was comfortable Easy access off motorway.

The reception staff were unprofessional and did not present a good front for your franchise. I heard a male member of staff swearing.Did not appear to enjoy their job .The serving staff were pleasant but loud. 2 manager -like women were smoking outside the accomodation which was not professional at all. The food was tasteless , the breakfast bacon hard and luke warm. The tiles in the shower were orange and had obviously not been properly cleaned. If I could have a refund I feel that would justify the problems my sick daughter and I encountered.

Lovely room, if a little hot....

Beautiful room, brilliant staff, easy check in.

Only issue we had was the room didn't have a fan or air conditioning, and it was a very hot room. We had to go out and buy a fan to enable us to sleep. Aside from that no complaints at all.

Location for visiting family was perfect. It gave us a handy base

Ok hotel. Great location.

The location was perfect for us. There were great connections to were we needed to be. Car park was large and check in was easy.

The first room we were given smelt of cigarettes. We asked to move and after we were told we were wrong we were moved into another family room.

Friendly, helpful, caring …….

All staff we encountered in the restaurant were extremely helpful, polite, kind and caring.

It wasn’t clear at first where to check in as no staff in hotel and check inn all through the restaurant. The room was initially noisy with what sounded like a generator though the wall but it ended at 10 before we went to sleep.

Would deffo stay here again

Staff were great, breakfast was all you can eat and very tasty. Room was spacey and comfortable and shower was amazing. Very clean and decorated nicely

Location wasn’t ideal for non drivers although for drivers it was very handy for the m74

Excellent facilities for a short or longer stay!

The room was very spacious, comfortable and quite - particularly at night! The bed and the pillows were superb, and the shower was great! The breakfast was very good, pleantiful, with opportunity to choose what you desired and how much!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of parking available outside.

Our room was facing right onto the motorway which was very noisy. Horns/ sirens/ lorries going past all night. Was not enough to wake us up during the night but we were very aware of it when we were in the room the rest of the time. If we stayed again, we would request a room at the other side of the hotel. Also, one of the first hotels that I’ve stayed in that don’t include juice with the breakfast and that you have to buy separately. A small glass of orange/apple juice is £2.10. Tea and coffee was included for the adults with breakfast but it’s not ideal when you have children asking for something to drink with their breakfast!

Very good

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. There was a problem with the drains during my first night's stay, it was rectified whilst I was at work and never an issue again for the rest of my time there.

There was a carvery half price promotion on during my stay , great for saving money but on one night the meats ran out and customers ended up waiting for approx an hour for more to be cooked. Maybe just an oversight but heavy demand should possibly have been predicted as it was the third night of the promotion.

It was very comfortable, staff were great and accommodating. Wish the Inn was nearer to Rutherglen.

Loved the bed, the room, the Carvery and the staff.

Didn’t like that the room was right next to the outside door. Other guests banging in and out and standing by the door right next to my window smoking. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean beds were comfy breakfast was a massive let down.

The breakfast was ok but there was no eggs available.

The fact the you only got the option of a cooked breakfast and had to pay extra for cereal and toast etc and also the fact that there was no eggs available either. They only had raspberry jam available and no other jam.
