Viva CAORLE.......

L.emplacement...la piscine sympa et propre...le hammam....tres agreable....la gentillesse a l.accueil.....bons service

Le manque de toilette à la piscine ( indispensable )........ Le fait d.aller prendre le p.d..dans un autre hotel. Meme si celui-ci etait copieux et parfait. Et la chambre fonctionnelle mais Trop petite........

Nice stay, but you can find better options for this amount of money.

Great location right at the beach, nice staff, clean room.

The "view" from our window was a concrete wall, basicly we had a blind window, so it was a completely dark room. The wellness faculty is really really small, the pool is the size of a room, and it is non-stop crowdy. The parking place cost additional to the room.

Excellent location on the beach close to the old town, nice swimming pool.

However, our shower's drain did not work (i.e., the whole bathroom flooded after one shower). The receptionist said it's because the shower is old and only after several attempts she gave us a key to another room to take a shower refusing to change our room. The next day no one came to fix the shower so we showered in the corner of the bathroom very quickly to avoid overflow. The room was cleaned daily except for floors--they were always covered with sand from the beach. Breakfast was decent.

Location is very nice and staff seemed to be helpful in the extend provided by the owner of the hotel, but that is pretty much all.

There was a stink from waste pipes in the room. On the ground floor of the hotel is a club playing very loud music until midnight (and even later) so you cannot sleep even on the third floor in the hotel. Cleaning lady has visited our room only once in 4 days (3x she came around 18:00 for cleaning). Also breakfast was not sufficient at all and from 9:00 on missing 70% and more of the provided food and coffee machine not working all the time (juice mostly not available as well). The location is very nice, however, due to the above I am not going to visit this place ever again.

A great hotel!

The breakfast was always good and fresh, the personell were always friendly and helpful and I will be booking with them again! I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a boutique hotel with flair. The only downside was the parking, but we had a large van so I don’t see that as a minus on their part.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable

The staff wasn't really that friendly, every morning we had to wait for our table for breakfast although we already had given time of breakfast from 9 o'clock to 10 o'clock

The style

One of my flip flops vanished after the cleaning staff cleaned up the room, they wrapped it for sure up in the used linen and no efforts from the hotel to find it or any reimbursement!

Nice beach views and close to shops and restaurants.

Close to the beach. Beautiful views. Breakfast was okay, but only 1 lady working so food was not replenished often enough to be able to eat items we wanted. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was small but very clean. Can rent beach chairs and umbrella. Parking available but very tight spaces behind hotel, or you can park about 1 km away and ride trolley back to hotel.

Our air conditioning on the 4th floor quit working the first day. The staff moved us to a smaller room when we requested a move. They fixed air conditioning next morning and we moved back; however it quit working again that afternoon so the room atmosphere was rather warm and uncomfortable. The restaurant downstairs was not that good. Ordered lobster with fresh pasta, and the pasta was all stuck together and not very appetizing. But waitstaff was pleasant.

Superb

Freshly renewed, modern hotel. The room was small, but well designed, with plenty of shelves and small spaces for the luggage and other traveller‘s stuff.
