Top room, Top Staff, and nothing would stop me from staying again: if room is available in Warwick-;

No brekkies available, but town centre not far away. Staff lovely. One of the last rooms in Warwick available on short notice following my inability to travel far after a spinal procedure, and I was concerned but had no need to be. The rooms have been renovated and the cleanliness is wonderful. Contact with Lee was very simple via text or email advising of our traffic holdups leaving Brisbane and she was wonderfully quick with replies *****

Maybe a continental brekkie to room if required could have been nice, but I was able the next morning to walk out to the car and we went to a great little coffee shop at a Garden Centre with top meals. So, no brekkie is definitely NOT a deal-breaker. Will definitely stay there again and can recommend for anyone. It's not as far out of town as it looks on a map *lol*

Comfortable in Warwick

Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Located on the north side of town, with easy access to the town centre.

As expected, some distant road noise through the night.

Watch out for hidden costs

The hidden cost soured the experience

I was hit with a random $7.33 surcharge and it was only after my card was charged that I realised the amount differed to the agreed amount. I was not given any warning about the extra charge and the manager couldn’t tell me what what it was for except that “all” motels do this. This was after trying to tell me it was for GST which I knew was not true. I organised a tour for this booking, but won’t be using this motel again and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The motel was great as always the staff so friendly and was close to Morgan Park race track so not so much travelling had a great time Thanks again to the staff outstanding

Everything was lovely accept the shower recess!

The beds were comfortable and clean. My son hardly ever sleeps well first night anywhere and he slept well. Shower recess horrendous ,disappointing.

Just clean the shower with a proper cleaning products and a scrubbing brush REGULARLY We went to Aldi got some mould killer so we could even step in it without thongs half the pink mould disappeared within minutes even started to work on black mould in grout without scrubbing brush.

It was convenient and clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly. We were satisfied with what was provided.

Where it's located is on a very busy road and the trucks are noisy. There's nothing that the motel can do about that, it's just a factor in staying there.

Room was well set out and comfortable. it was nice to have plates, cutlery etc. Bed was comfortable.

We left the sign out "to make up the room" and came home in the afternoon and the room hadn't been touched. Wondering why there is the sign there if it is not taken notice of.

An excellent location with extremely professional staff. I will most certainly stay there again.

If everything worked properly we totally would stay again

I loved that the hotel had heated blankets for use if it got cold. The shower was a very good pressure and easy to operate. The parking was ample spaced and easy to park. Check in process was easy (we checked in within normal times). We had room 9 and the amenities (fridge etc) were good

Our foxtel did not work so we asked reception and was advised on that day the person at reception does not usually work there and we would have to wait until the regular person came back the next day and it was not fixed by day we departed. Shower had mould in seals in both rooms (grandparents also had a room next door). The bed was hard and despite placing an extra blanket down it did not give us much relief. Motel is right on the highway and truck noise was apparent. The entrance to the motel is well signed however coming back from town you cannot turn right into the hotel entrance so we used the exit/ entrance off the side road which was also a little confusing

a stop over on route to Brisbane in a lovely town and we would definitely recommend this motel

Good value for money - bring your earplugs.

Good size rooms, nice and clean with all required facilities.

Situated next to main road with continuous heavy traffic rolling by at all times of day and night means light sleepers will be inconvenienced.
