Everything's great overall.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The location is near shoping street, restaurants and only walk a bit to the subway. I had a great time in Shenyang, at the hotel and overall everything was great during my stay. You do not need to bring the adapter coming here, I mean at the hotel they have universal plug.

I do not like that is was hot in summer, it was hot and dry. I am from Thailand so I use to hot and humid.

Clean and very good located hotel, but not a Shangri-La hotel!!!

Location is top. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel doesn’t meet the Shanghai-La standards we know till know. There is only chinese breakfast. The room is very simple, was furnished by low cost IKEA furniture.

Disappointing

We got upgraded rm on 18/F, its OK, but in they change carpets whole floor all day. Room is OK, but overheating and impossible lower down temperature. Cannot open windows, of course for safety reasons, but a/c even turned on cooling and lowest possible temp. still getting warm air. This spoiled whole stay.

Exceptional

English speaking staff, very clean rooms, in walkable distance to the train station and the shopping street. Metro and bus is less than 5 minutes away. Convinience store in thw lobby. Very good breakfast. My favorite hotel in Shenyang

Superb

The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated to make our stay comfortable. They helped us providing information on the tourist attractions and schedules, as well as booking taxis for us (our Mandarin is limited). Special mention to the concierge! The hotel has an excellent location: close by the shopping area and restaurants. The room was quiet and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Is just a good place for meetings with companies around

The breakfast and the room were great.

The pool was closed and the place doesn’t have other options for lunch around.
