Catch up with a friend

The Receptionist was so helpful and friendly and check in was very easy. The view was the first thing I saw when I opened the door it was incredible, we watched whales the whole time we were there. From the other windows we had views of the mountains incredible, views from every window and right on the beach. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. A short walk to restaurants. Menulog found us as well without any trouble :) We will be telling our friends about this little gem and will definitely be back to stay.

A little bit of road noise but apart from that, all was great.

Great place to stay right on the beach

The views were amazing the apartment had all things you would need in a kitchen and I felt like the rails foe the balcony were pretty child friendly. My kids absolutely loved the heated pool and games room. I wish I'd had a chance to try the sauna

I wouldn't mind a thicker or a few extra blankets. A recliner would be a great option to put the legs up but that's all just bells and whistles - still breastfeeding a toddler is all.

Wonderful stay but apartment needs maintenance

The view and size of apartment were incredible. Wonderful staff and the pool, spa and sauna were amazing.

Apartment needs a refurbish and ceilings fans cleaned immediately and one in the lounge room was not working. Kitchen was old and a lot of cupboards were missing handles and when we went to use dishes, pans cups etc everything had to be cleaned again before use. Still had food from previous users. Aircon does not cool down the apartment so it was still very hot throughout unless standing directly under.

The location was great, and pool/sauna facilities. Staff at check in were lovely.

The room we booked did not reflect the photos. We booked the Superior 2 Bedroom Apartment with Ocean Views. The photos showed ocean views from both bedrooms and the lounge, this wasn't the case. We had ocean view only when you stood on the balcony and looked sideways. Quite disappointing, as we would've booked somewhere else had we known what room we would get. The apartment furnishings we're very tired/dated also.

We have stayed here a few times. Rooms are always great and the view is amazing, right on the beach.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing location. View from room was beautiful. Great pool for kids. Direct access to the beach is a rare find. Will be back here for sure.

Elevator was broken so there was a longer wait than usual as there was only one elevator working. But this wasn't too much of an inconvience.

Kitchen cupboards needed cleaning, especially over the cooker top. Thick dust on the fridge and microwave . Main bathroom had a water dirt mark around the bottom of the bath that I could scratch off with my nail Water stain to table lamp shade by the bedside Just needed a good clean

Right on the beach with a good view.

Loud traffic noise, especially in the bedrooms. No aircon, so we had to open the windows. Loud banging from rubbish bins being collected at 6 am on Sunday morning.

Disappointing

Air cons didn't work one remote wouldn't turn on other one was on a timer .. old and run down for the price . 3 times boom gate nearly came down on our car . Someone washing there car in the way and could hardly get through won't be back . Bed was so uncomfortable only 1 tiny blanket .
