breakfast was well cooked and served and presented. Location was perfect . the owners were extremely helpful and most friendly.

The host was very friendly and helpful for any kind of request or suggestion about locations to visit. A pleasure!
Superb breakfast, with local ingredients: the best we had in Wales!
Very good position to visit Pembroke National park.
Some rooms (like the one we had) probably should be renovated, but in any case were clean and confortable.

That it was a lovely quiet spot, there was no tv in the rooms which added to the quiet, the other guests with whom we shared a table at breakfast were interesting to talk to and our hosts, Julian and Jayne, were very friendly and welcoming. The house is historical and you had a sense of sharing in a friend's country house weekend! Amazing library!
Nothing to dislike about it really. The rooms were unfussy and spacious; some might think them plain and there were no frills but everything was adequate and comfortable.

Very quiet. Great location. Steeped in history.

Breakfast was excellent. Short drive to Solva, Saint David's, Skomer, Broadhaven etc.
Lovely gardens with a football goal and plenty to explore. Great for the children.

The owner met us and showed around the house, which was built in 1770. He related its history of showed photographs of the original manor family.

Accomodation was quirky & location was handy for our requirements
Log burner was a bonus
Clean
Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar provided
TV was hard to get channels and made difficult with no remote.
Pint of milk might be a nice gesture especially if you check in late although the garage down the road does have a good range of supplies

Breakfast was with good quality ingredients cooked by Jayne and served by Julian. It was actually like family, but there were only ourselves and two others on one night and a family of five on the other two. It was all very friendly and safe. The room was comfortable, maybe a bit tired, but homely and well provisioned.
Julian and Jayne are a lovely couple, making us very welcome in their home, taking care of hygiene and full of advice about places to go. It was a very good four nights.

Really quiet place, perfect for relaxation away from the crowds. Hosts succeeded brilliantly at making us feel at home! Lovely mansion and grounds, great shower!
WiFi could have been a bit better; Browsing was OK but streaming media was a bit difficult

Blissfully peaceful location with kind, friendly and accommodating hosts. Lovely heritage family house and garden. Decent breakfasts - very good compote. Are the eggs from their own chickens in the walled garden? Although location was off beaten track, I was able to hitch hike easily to the beach and the T11 bus route (except on Sunday). Glad rooms not have TVs.
Bathrooms could do with modernisation. Mustiness in main downstairs living room and in 1 corner of superior bedroom. It is an old house. Duvet in single bedroom was stained. Mattress rather lumpy.
House WiFi rather weak but luckily my own mifi hotspot was strong.

Nothing! My stay was cancelled by the owners the previous evening. Can only imagine that they were offered more money by someone else. Reasons for cancelling were poor and inaccurate. Julian incredibly rude when I phoned up to see why I had been cancelled. I am a single, female traveller fully aware all accommodation in Pembrokeshire were fully booked.
As above.

Excellent location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Lovely property, very comfortable room, tasty breakfast with excellent choice. Julian and Jayne were excellent hosts…all in all - an excellent and very welcome break :))
No improvements that we can think of - everything was perfect

Jayne and Julian are fantastic hosts. The house is a lovely, period manor house, with mature gardens around and a homely feel.i loved the breakfast, cooked fresh every day 😃 My single room was spacious and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay in Pembrokeshire and at Cuffern Manor, I hope I will be back soon to explore more!

Good access to Pembrokeshire coast.
Friendly and helpful hosts.
Didn't realise the Bothy would need me to be quite as vigilant as I had to be at 6ft 3ins.....headroom at certain places was certainly challenging

The house has a wonderful aspect and the view from the front bedrooms is really fabulous. Great location for exploring the area.

The house is beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts friendly and helpful.

Location excellent . Friendly staff owners . Would recommend this fabulous hotel house over all 9 out of 10

Location.
The shower poured water directly through the living room ceiling! It was freezing cold and when we tried to call owner to ask for wood for the burner his phone was put on answer phone repeatedly! Highly stressful Fawlty Towers experience:(

Delicious breakfast. Very kind and attentionate owners. Quiet house. We had a lovely stay.

The fruit Compote & Dundee Marmalade
The stay was ruined by the heating going off . The next day we were given an extra blanket
Not what one would expect for £120.00 per night.

The grounds appeared to be nice but the weather was poor so we didn’t explore.
The bothy was very tired and desperately needed refurbishment. Although it said it was heated, there was just one radiator and a log burner. Although we lit the log burner, the house was extremely cold in the morning and when we returned during the day. When we used the shower the water came through the ceiling.

Given the very difficult circumstances, and our late booking, everything went very well indeed. Its a lovely location, the walled garden is spectacular, and everyone was doing their best for the guests. Breakfast was great, scheduled in advance to avoid covid issues and any over crowding in the morning. We has a short break at the hotel (3 nights) but really enjoyed it. We were blessed with the weather and that always helps !
Not a lot really. The hotel is exactly as you see on this site or their own website.
