Perfect if you want to relax in the mountains!

I liked it all! The room was big, nice and comfy, the breakfasts were good, and the location itself was perfect - small town in the mountains! Very close ski lifts and there is a beautiful and easy hike/walk trail close by!

For me the place would be 10/10 if it could take cats too!

Beautiful little town with lovely people. Clean, smart, peaceful.

All good. Eggs were always well prepared.

Should have lactose free milk for lactose intolerant people. Soy or Almond milk is not good enough.

I didn’t like the ski room at the hotel It is lthe only reason I would not recommend this to friends

Cleaning room folks are really nice location dinner menu is nice

No heating on the room, no working internet (not even the corporate wifi which they were kind enough to share would work) Breakfast staff are unfriendly Breakfast offering is not at the level expected for what you pay, and towards the end of the breakfast, there is nothing left,

stunning new hotel. very spacious and cosy room with fireplace. very quiet room. you can hear the stream outside. amazing spa area

Great getaway with minor quibbles

The room was very nice, interior design very tasteful, nice blend of wood and stone! We got a free upgrade to a studio = more space (dining corner with table, living corner with sofa), which is great! Unfortunately we had two single beds = NOT great at all! Location in town is great, not far from the train station and right next to a creek

The Sauna area only has indoors relax area. The outdoor relax area is unusable: stench from car exhausts since it’s above the car parking lot

Just a lovely time. Only the weather was bad half the time, but that is not the hotel’s fault

The staff was very friendly, the pool and room were very nice. The location was great.

I was expecting a better choice for breakfast. It was very tasty, but the choices were a bit poor.

Reception personnel is just amazing! Keep smiling =)

It is all about the reception! - Reception personnel provided an extraordinary, very professional and competent service - Reception personnel was amazingly kind and always smiling - Reception personnel stay as you are =)

- Breakfast self-service definitely not at the level of the hotel (choice is extremely limited, especially for vegan people) - Animals (i.e. dogs) in rooms can be very disturbing as walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear what is happening in another room next to yours - The same goes for impolite guests - Rooms facing the road can be very noisy (we had to change the room due to the noise)
