La non réponse du service accueil J’avais réservé les petits dej et par 1 coup de baguette magique ils avaient pas été validé dans ma réservation

La saleté, les équipements ( téléphone ne marche pas, j’étais obligé d’utiliser le téléphone du couloir pour passer une commande, j’ai appelé a 19h j’ai reçu les burgers à 20h).

Emplacement magnifique

La restauration laisse à désirer, inadéquation entre prix payé et qualité des Plats médiocres . Literie vétuste. Salle de sport mérite un meilleur entretien.. Personnel nécessite une formation continue.

Le bruit des voitures à coter de la route principale dommage construction de bâtiments en face de la piscine et entretenir hôtel extérieur

Séjour génial à refaire

Tout était top le personnel était sympa les services SPA nickel. La piscine est superbe! En famille ou en couple c’est un hôtel à ne pas louper dans la ville d’Oran. Une vue sur la mer magnifique.

Nice hotel, would stay here again

I was attending a conference at Le Meridien, but initially didn't want to stay at the hotel, as it is pretty pricy. After a couple days at a different accommodation however, I was over it and checked into Le Meridien. It was a sigh of relief. Really nice room, clean, comfortable, convenient. Overall, a great stay. I'd book here again.

The price is a little high. I also was forced to move from the first room we were given, as the AC wasn't working. My husband had gone down to reception (the room's phone also wasn't working), and we were told they'd send someone. But after waiting an hour, he had to go down again, and this time, we were moved to another room.

we ordered a hotel shuttle to the airport but on leaving they had not done this.

Business trip in Oran, great place to meet with clients, get some work done and easy to access by ca

The rooms were excellent and spacious and the general feel was great. Bar is nice and the food there was good, also the staff are very friendly.

The check-in and check-out is very slow, the hotel should implement an automated system, it seems a bit archaic to use paper invoices and copies of pre-authorizations in 2023.

The Reception staff try hard to impress which is great. Unfortunately the hotel it's pretty washed and run down.

Very old hotel with many faults. This is not the Marriot standard. Checked out after 1 night.

Friendliness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff..

The restaurant: a 5-star hotel can not serve coffee and Cappuccinos made by automatic machines, there is an a la carte menu but of all that there is site 80% is missing.. And so the food is always the same.
