The location is great for the passengers who decides to spend a night around the airport neighborhood. Self check in is easy and efficient. The welcome blanket is warm and a surprise for us.

Only one thing is that the hot water needs to flow for about 1 mins to come. However, we had 3 people share a room. There was no hot water while the 3rd one to take a shower.

Friendly and welcoming hotel near the airport.

Staff were amazing and the property is close to the airport. Room was exceptionally clean and we loved the decor. We also appreciated the quiet hours. Staff also sorted out transfer to the airport making our lives easier!

Hubby found it tough not having a TV but I wasn't actually bothered!

Airport pickup was organised very effectively and very good value. Excellent communication with the friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Air con. Fresh lemon juice drink on arrival.

the sweetest service ever! Big recommendations!

Very sweet acceptance! there were no problems with checkinn, on the contrary - everything went very smoothly. I received a welcome lemon drink, some snacks and a bottle of water in the room. very cozy, AC and Wifi work perfectly, everything is clean. The shuttle service to the airport cost me 25€, at 4am - everything went smoothly and on time. I am very happy I chose this place, high recommendations!

The property wasn’t as it looks like on the picture. the bed smells of heat.. jezz can’t even breath sleeping on that

Great location near Rome airport, shuttle to and from if needed. 10/10

Perfect spot for a stay near the airport, friendly and helpful and they provide a shuttle to bus, even in the early hours. 10/10

Very close to the airport. Very accomodating even for late check-ins (12am) Provides service from/to airport They also have an aircon Very responsive to messages Spacious rooms

Need to clean more the shower area (maybe the curtain shower?) because of pee smell. Regardless of, this is still a good place to stay and recommended.

At least it's clean

It's close enough to the airport by taxi and was perfect for me because of my 7am flight. The manager and driver is very nice and helpful with everything. The bath was well equipped and clean. The room has an AC.

The apartment is an old house in need of renovations. The lobby has no windows and uncomfortable lighting. My room was very small and although the bed was clean, it felt damp. The walls and door are very thin, I needed sleep very early in the evening but woke up several times due to the person in the other room talking loudly on the phone.

Very close to the airport, still taxis take 20€ for a 5 min ride. The provided shuttle costs only 12€. It's not really a B&B, as there is no breakfast nor use of a kitchen/kettle. Very friendly stuff and clean rooms, perfect place to stay for a night before/after a flight.

We stayed there to sleep one night before an early morning flight but the bed was terrible.

Good location -- close to the airport. Everything was clean.

The bed definitely needs to be replaced. It was worse than sleeping in a hammock the bed was so saggy. We were two people in a three bed room. I ended up moving to the twin bed which was better but still seemed old.

We chose it because we had a morning flight and it looked close to the airport. However, you can not go to the airport on foot. The room is not so good and had no hot water. Not a choice I would make again
