Emplacement exceptionnel.

Location is on the best beach in Saint Barths
The room they gave us, the beachfront villa is smack in the middle of the bar and restaurant and next to the pool. It was ridiculously loud people are right outside your window. Arrived on weekend and was unbearable. Group of 30 were in the pool till late night extremely loud.
Management offered to move to different room that was half price but would not credit the price difference. Did zero to accommodate the situation.
Also airport runway literally goes over hotel, extreme loud to boot. I would stay way away

I was excited to visit St. Barth for the first time for my 50th Birthday. Staying at The Pearl Beach Hotel, I ended up having the worse birthday ever. There was an outage two days with outside temperature over 90 degrees. No running water and no electricity. On July 10th 2023, the water and electric was out that entire evening, could not shower to go out that evening and sitting in the dark hoping it would come back on and it never did. Then on July 11th, the water and electric was out during the day. We literally had to leave the hotel that day because we were not able to shower and it was really unbearably hot in our room with no air conditioning. I was there for my birthday and It was such a big disappointment because we were not able to shower and get dressed and do what we had planned for that day. The hotel only wanted to compensate 50% off for only one night because the outage was at night, but they didn't want to compensate for the next day because the outage was during the day, which doesn’t make sense at all, since we were totally inconvenienced on both days of the outage whether it was during the day or night. although the outage was beyond their control, I felt that it would've been fair to be compensated 50% off for the two days (one outage at night and the other outage during the day) that we were there without electricity, whether the outage was during the day or night. Til this day August 2, 2023, they still have not even refunded us the 50% off for one night either. Unfortunately St. Barth isn't gonna be much of a memorable moment for me. Thanks to The Pearl Beach Hotel that doesn't want to take accountability and do right by their guest.

Great staff and customer service, food was very good. Beach and location were great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Rooms could use a little design help. They are very simple which is totally fine but I think better artwork and decorative touches would go a long way. We did find one cockroach on its back in our bathroom over the course of our 5 night stay. Not a big deal but maybe would be good to fumigate? Our room came with a huge private terrace which is really nice but there was nothing really there to use. I would’ve loved to see an outdoor shower out there- but these are just small things!

Great hotel in the best possible location for some of the hotspots in St Barths. We were able to walk to Gyp Sea, Nikki Beach, Eden Rock all within 10 minutes along one strip.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and room was perfectly clean.

Facilities were beautiful! Bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice reprieve from the beach. We loved the breakfast that was included as well as the welcome champagne. They also included pick up and drop off from the hotel and ferry. So overall it felt like a very good value for very upscale accommodations!
It's not close to Gustavia. That was done for us, but if you wanted to be close to the"city" this was not.

The hotel is lovely and includes a yummy breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and drinks are yummy. The bar area is a bit busy but with the great water views and fun staff it's worth it.
The rooms need a little updating but not a deal breaker at all. The outside sitting area with refrigerator (which is fully stocked a definite plus) definitely need to be updated as latch was broken and sink didn't work well.

The service is one of the best I have had and I travel a lot!! This place is magical. It is a boutique-type beach-front hotel with delicious food and superb people. The "beach boys" where superb and very welcoming. Great location and close to Gustavia and airport and shopping and right on St Jane beach. Don't forget to pass by Nikki Beach for the ultimate party experience (Sundays best day).
Cleanliness in the bathroom. More variety in breakfast.

Hotel is in a great location and laid back.
Breakfast service. Nobody remembered our name. No questions about our stay at check out. Beach boys are the nicest and try hard, but overworked. Unless one is young and beautiful, nobody cares.

-Best french toast I've ever had in my life!
-The staff was phenomenal. Julian, Max, Matt & the guy we called "Aquaman" lol
-Amazing experience over all
-Best massage ever by Lynn.
-One of the prettiest places we've ever been
Cockroach on our ceiling, but that's understandable (we're used to island life) and the housekeeper was SO AWESOME about it.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. The bar and beach staff were friendly and remembered us every day.The front desk staff went above and beyond for us. The cleaning staff were always nice and said hello and I felt like I was at home.
The only thing I noticed were that there could be ventilation in the bathrooms. But that was the only thing I could say was a negative.
