the most good think i liked is to allow the guests, in a good manner and behavior :)
3.5
Location
It was not clean and maintained, not enough towels etc
2.5
The location, lobby, executive lounge and play area for the children.
The room 706 was outdated and dirty. It also had a bath tub and head shower which was difficult to bath the baby.
We requested a room change which was better.
4.5
Overall an excellent hotel to stay, food, room service, cleanliness, location and services all were excellent and world class
facilities and services were excellent

3.5
1. Safety,
2. General elegance and ambient of 5-star hotel (lobby, restaurants, fitness centre),
3. Very kind and proffesional staff,
4. Excelent breakfasts
In the room I noticed certain minor cleanliness issues. Also the room itself was a little bit worn out (bathroom, the closet).
But general problem is the value for money: 130 USD per night (while many people in Pakistan earn less than that monthly!) seems to be quite ridiculous price taking into consideration the abovementioned.
In other countries of the region (India, Sri Lanka) the same quality is usually offered in the range of 60-90 USD.
3.5
Very decent hotel, well located with attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast and several good restaurants
Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke clearly comes into the room either from other rooms, or outside. Not good.
Roomcards get deactivated when they come close to a phone. Was locked out of room several times during a week's stay, needing to get new cards.
Spa facilities close earlier than the gym- should both be 11pm.

I paid for a King Size executive room, they gave me a smaller room, with a smaller bed and offered no refunds.

Awesome restaurant and food options (Breakfast / Executive dining area)
Overall ambience
Hotel facilities
Wifi could have been better, there were connectivity issues
We had a twin room suite and AC wasn't working great in the living area

it was really a pleasure to stay here. food was awesome. I will definitely come back here
3.5
Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. There's a pharmacy in the building and a permanent doctor. Airport pick and drop. There's a café where we ate mangoes almost every day.
Chandni restaurant is very basic, doesn't feel you are eating at a 5* hotel. Food taste is very generic.
There's no outside cafe and proper sitting place. Outside area is very small and mostly used by smokers.
Hall to gym and pool stinks really bad
There's was water leakage from ceiling in several places during rain, even in the basement gym, all treadmills were switched off
