top, top professionalism from all, especially the front desk staff. Could not have been better.
We had dinner in their more casual restaurant which was lovely—excellent food and the same impeccable service—but their wine program needs much to be desired. We perused the ‘big list’ (the one from the elevated restaurant) and unless one wanted to spend $200 or more, the options were very limited. Good for them if they have clients that spend $600, $800 or $7,000 on a bottle, but for us regular folks, it was a miss on an otherwise absolutely perfect experience. To be fair, they did have some reasonably priced options on the cafe’s list (not a lot, but some), but to us a place of this level should have a broader selection.
But we still highly recommend!

Breakfast and location are excellent
Thé bathroom was not working very well, to fill the bathtub it took 45 minutes and the hot/ cold shower mixer needed repair !
Also the safe in the room was not closing , some sort of error and the technician would only have been on site at 10 am.staff

beautiful exterior
poor interior decorations and design. no wash cloths or body cream in rooms

Excellent room with balcony facing part of the castle gardens. Nice staff.
The only restaurant in the hotel closes it’s kitchen at 9:30pm.

New. Well located. Restaurant was open until late. Nice design. Good room service
The employee Manuela at the front desk / reception was unprofessional. My boyfriend and I were checking in and she was completely dismissive of me (like I wasn’t there) and only looked and talked to him. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My boyfriend asked her to add breakfast for the next day and she completely forgot. She also forgot to give us a map of the city, while the other clients next to us checking in got it from another receptionist. She charged my credit card by mistake instead of just making a pre-authorization. The bathroom floor near the toilet had stains on the floor. It was disgusting, not properly cleaned. There was only 1 small shampoo, 1 small conditioner, 1 small shower gel, and 1 small body lotion. My boyfriend ran out of shower gel during his shower. They could at least put a set for his and hers. The phones are difficult to use. The night lamp kept blinking on and off. Disturbing. we had a room with view towards the street and was a bit noisy. The spa has a weird Arabic design and lacks warmth and charm. The hotel has been built recently and lacks charm. The personnel could be trained better in general (at the restaurant the hostess asked us to sign the bill while we already did at the table).

So dissatisfied and disappointed -
I reserved a room at an already honorable price of 475€ - we had a room on the street which was very noisy because there is pavement and a considerable amount of cars go by - nevertheless there was all night long a lot of light because the room (114 )was just by the lanterne of the main entrance of the hotel and the one of the city as well.
So let’s say it was the cheapest rate of the hotel ( breakfast not included which meant another 100 €on the bill ... you can at least expect some attentions like a decent tea time - well NO - at 5 o’clock when it freezing cold outside and the small town of Chantilly all closed already , you can have tea but nothing to order with !
No cake , Madeleines , dry cookies whatever..... the worst ever tea time in à whatever stars amount hotel -
The team is nice but still seems to be « on stage « so many « faux pas «
At the reception answering a client that arrived after you - at breakfast asking you as you had been sitted and asked for already, the number of your room .
And on another level The hotel lacks charm and

very nice decoration and beautiful location
there wasn’t any hot water on our arrival. subsequently? we had to run water for 15 minutes before it became hot. the staff was extremely unhelpful and almost rude. it completely ruined our stay

Every meal was exceptional. The restaurant was spotless clean. The restaurant service under Mssr. Christian was impeccable. The hostess Mme. Pascale was very helpful as were the ladies at the reception desk: Perrine, Kenza, and Tiffany. Server Pierre-Henri was very good. Server Mederick was superb. Concierge Thomas was helpful in getting us some food from the bar when the restaurant Was fully booked and also getting us tickets to the amazing Domaine de Chantilly a short walk away. It was clear to us that the General Manager Pascale Groell provides 5-star leadership, training, and clear expectations about how to provide world class customer service.
We didn’t like the damage to our car in the hotel garage (broken turn signal) but appreciated the efforts of the hotel maintenance engineer and the parking valet Stéphane to temporarily fix it until we could have it repaired when we arrived back home in Wiesbaden.

Our second stay at this fabulous hotel in the most stunning location. We will be back!

Despite Covid and the need to remove lots of the pretty things which make it more luxurious, it was still fabulous. Beautiful setting. Really lovely hotel. Loved the little bottles of hand sanitiser and the lovely little chocolates left as a treat.
Very helpful and smiley staff.
It would be good if it were cheaper.
Unfortunately the spa was not fully open - for understandable reasons.
Wish the pool was bigger.

The location is great and it's a nice property but the rooms are small and tired and very overpriced even with discounts at this time. Occupancy was very low and were upgraded after requesting a room not overlooking the road but it would have been easy for them to give us a room with a window that opened one would have thought. Some staff were lovely, others seemed disengaged and the air con didn't work properly so the room was too hot.
The price, the service, the lack of a terrace overlooking the gardens and an indoor rather than outdoor pool. The decor was low quality and designed to look expensive but it failed. We would not recommend staying here it's just not up to the standard needed to charge 400 euros a night.
