Excellent hosts , clean rooms , great value and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores

The motel owners were so accommodating The room was very clean and well maintained The proximity to a mall with endless food choices

Nothing apart from a bit better pillows but motel pillows are never like home

Great for a shirt stay

Close to everything you need! Staff at reception were great & gave me all the info I needed on check in. Great nights sleep, which is what it is all about! Great value for money in comparison to others in the area.

Very good

The staff were very helpful and obliging..... Garden, well maintained neat and tidy Close to service stations and a big shopping centre. Older Motel - small kitchen with seperate sink, micro wave oven, cutlery etc... Lots of bench space, which some of the newer motels don't have

excellent stay in Melbourne

location to city and eastern suburbs staff extremely pleasant and understanding close to shopping centre to restock supplies rooms clean, tidy and big enough

an ant or 2 managed to find their way inside, but that was easily managed some guests noisey at night, but being it Easter weekend it was expected

Good basic stay close to Melbourne city

The lady on the front desk was efficient and friendly. I commented that I needed to go to the store to get some butter for my hot cross buns and she gave me a whole pot to use. Very much appreciated! The room was older and a bit tired but still had everything we needed and was a reasonable size. The room was set well back from the main road so we didn't find it noisy. Parking is very easy directly outside the room and actually has 2 carparks - 1 for visitors as well. There is a mall across the road on the corner but we didn't visit it.

Curtains faded on edges but it was older and much cheaper than most places

Good, quiet motel

Reception gave me an exception to the bond requirement as I was dealing with an unfortunate case of credit card fraud. I admire the design of the room, from the choice of tiles for the bathroom counter to the neat little kitchenette. The microwave is handy!

My preferred shopping centre in these parts is Vermont South, and this motel is a little further away from it.

Perfectly adequate for our purpose.

Perfectly situated for our purpose with access to transport system and shops on the doorstep. Staff and particularly the receptionist couldn't do enough for you. All requests were met with a swift and positive response. Clean at all times with services flexible. Pool and BBQ available and kept clean and usable at all times.

could do with a little TLC to brighten and refurb the rooms as looking a little dated but didn't detract from our stay.

Well located and good value motel for exploring eastern suburbs of Melbourne and Melbourne city.

Well run motel. Laundry facilities, Pool and parking were excellent. We were placed in a quieter part of the motel in line with our request. Beds were comfortable. Room contained a microwave and kitchenette with adequate crockery, glassware and cutlery, Wifi worked well. Daily room service was efficient.

Bathroom fan was very noisy

There wasn't anything wrong with at all maybe not have 2 keys because once in bathroom You couldn't really up off toilet opening door because My friend for got take with her so she stand out in Raining.

It was OK. I would not stay there again.

Friendly reception. Reasonably clean and tidy. Location was good for my purposes.

Fridge not working. Lost frozen items. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Only one side of the electric blanket was working. the TV did not allow access to several free to air channels
