Yo reserve una habitación con dos camas y ustedes me hicieron creer que si y cuando llegue al hotel la repuesta es que ustedes no tienen la disponibilidad del hotel y resulta que me dieron una habitación con una solo cama y yo tuve que dormir en el piso es una gran falta de respeto para uno como huésped.

Very good A/C. Excellent bed and extended check out hours it is a plus.

The bed are comfy and the a/c works excellent, the best was the check out, at 1:00 p.m. but if you register on their site online, they let you until 2:00 p.m. That is so unique.

The tables are very near each other on the restaurant. Needs a parking with carport because the hot is terrible in summer.

Excellent value, and exceptional bedding

I liked that the hotel is right off the toll road. Check in was fast, the receptionists were friendly, the shower was hot with good water pressure, multiple choices for breakfast, and my favorite thing was the comfortable beds with very soft sheets and great pillows.

It would've been nice to have a microwave and fridge. Everything at breakfast was cold...from the food to the coffee.

I was blackmailed

Hotel is average. Definitely are better options in the city. I won't recommend it to anyone.

I had the worst experience. I arrived late on Tuesday and as soon as I got to my room I received a blackmail call from a supposed cartel. Fortunately I didn't follow the scam, but this modus operandi usually involved people from the hotel. The call was directly to my personal mobile, refer to me for my full name and give my exact room number. Worst experience ever!

Exceptional

The location was great. It was conveniently close by a lot of attractions and restaurants. Cleanliness here was excellent!

This is just my food preference and it will vary by person but I didn't like that there weren't any health conscious friendly options for breakfast - like yogurt or oatmeal. A protein bar would have been sufficient as well, but again, this is just my preference and not for everybody.

Great and comfortable stay

Comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast, and feeling very safe.

The only issues were: one of the only 2 elevators wasn’t working and there were a lot of guests at the moment, only 1 receptionist doing check-ins and there was a line of around 10 people waiting to be checked in, the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t working correctly, no buckets for ice.

A comfortable luxurious stay halfway down our trip in Mexico. It cannot be beaten. I will stay here again.

Everything was perfectly maintained and well organized. The staff were excellent and spoke English. Well, the breakfast was wonderful.

Super Old Hotel

it is in a good location and the staff is nice and helpful.

The place looks super old and no maintenance. The elevator did not work. Everything looks like old or falling apart. Normally I try to stay in Holiday Inn but after 2 or 3 times in different hotels from the same brand, I noticed that in general they don't fix them. There are other better options for the same price.

Covers the Basics

This place is a bit basic to have so many stars but they have two things that I really like - a friendly front desk and very comfortable beds, so well done.

They send you a long strict email with rules and admonitions that is really unnecessary. Lobby feels institutional, room furnishings meh, elevators have a mind of their own.

hoy water didn’t work first day although hotel fixed it quickly. one of lifts didn’t work. breakfast was not as good as other IHG experiences. building is tired and needs refurbishing.
