Honeymoon on Koh Phangan

Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle Poolvilla und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch Frühstück und Abendessen liessen keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

וואווו אין מילים איזה מלון מטורף!! מושלם לירח דבש, חוף מושלם!! השקיעות הכי יפות בתאילנד, החדר היה ענקי. הבריכה גדולה. האוכל היה טעים ומגוון, אפשר לבצע הזמנה מהמטבח למה שרוצים ואין בבופה השכרנו רכב דרך המלון במחיר טוב

נחמד לשניים- שלושה לילות. לא יותר. ואך ורק עם הבריכה הפרטית

הכי אהבנו את אנדי בקבלה. אנחנו באמת עוד נחזור רק בשביל האיש המקסים הזה השקיעות מאוד יפות מהבריכה הפרטית, והאוכל טעים. השכרת הרכב שלהם והשירות של הצוות שכן דובר אנגלית מצוין

המקום ישן, החדרים גדולים מאוד והמזגן לא מספיק בשביל לקרר אותם. הכי חשוב לשים לב שהחוף שם לא ממש מתאים לרחצה. אין מיטות חוף והמים בשפל הרבה מאוד מהזמן, וגם כשהם לא החוף בעייתי הבריכה המרכזית לא כיפית וממש ממש חמה אם המלון היה עולה פחות, לא היה אכפת לי. אבל הוא עולה הרבה יותר ממלונות טובים בהרבה ממנו, וזה מה שמבאס בו בעיקר. הם צריכים להוריד את המחיר ולהתריע מראש בפני האנשים שמגיעים שהחוף לא מאוד ראוי לרחצה

Really expensive hotel but feels like cheap one. Everything could be better in this price. Facilities, cleaning, range of hours of service- everything is took out from the low level of the hotels

Superb

The staff were truly kind and super friendly. The room had its own pool which is a huge plus with 2 kids. The breakfast was the best one we had in Thailand.

From a value for money perspective the hotel is really expensive, especially for drinks and food which are not included as part of the dinner menu so be prepared to spend more....

the staff were super helpful and the villas were beautiful, amazing view of the sea and nice location on the quiet side of the island

The best hotel in the island with nice staff, amazing surroundings and many swimming options.

Private villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

The half-board was compulsory and even though the food was good you dont want to be forced to eat in every dinner for 2 weeks. Lots of nature sounds around and as walls are thin ear-plugs are recommended for light-sleepers.

Perfect paradise

EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB. Andy, Plah, Aek and Tik are just the most incredible hosts. We are a couple who travel regularly and this was by far one of the best experiences we had.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

A perfect hotel in all respects, an amazing location and view, luxurious and clean, delicious food, we enjoyed the most the amazing hotel employees who were happy to help and advise on any subject, they recommended us places to travel and spend time, we felt pleasant and comfortable to contact them and they always smiled. We especially loved the employee Andy Biby and yaya Wayan who were amazing.

Tranquil luxury despite the rain

The infinity pool for each room was a lovely treat. Easy access to the beach. The staff were really friendly in the restaurant and when cleaning the room or bringing round the evening treat - which I loved! Having peppermint tea in the rooms, alongside chamomile, english breakfast and green tea was lovely. Quick response when we needed cleaning services. The food was lovely.

It is a steep climb to reception so you need to pace yourself. I had arranged transport to and from the hotel which was good but when I asked for details there was a lot of confusion from reception and they were not able to give me details for 12 hours. Then my ferry ticket had the wrong date on it. When we called to check there would be someone waiting for me at the other end of the ferry the response of we have clarified this was rather rude as we had to worry about their mistake at the ferry terminal! Whilst the food was lovely, it was booked as part of the deal but then quite a few of the dishes had an additional charge and no drink was included. Had we not had this deal we could have eaten out at the same or a cheaper price as there are plenty of other places to eat on the island.
