Fine for a couple of nights and great location.

Comfortable room, only a "juliette" balcony. Good aircon and clean. Buffet breakfast with egg station and more than sufficient. Accommodating staff and great location. Do eat at least once at Santorini greek resto across the street. Half the reason we booked this place being familiar with Legian and reg visitors to Bali!

Pool and bar is an odd set up. Didn't use either. Very noisy water pipes in our room wall and doors slamming shut from other guests late at night. Not the type of accommodation we normally choose (large hotel) but def ok for a couple of nights.

Hidden Hotel in the heart of Seminyak

This is my favorite hotel in the south so far. The value of the money is important while you are in the South Bali. I have been around Bali and know well almost all the hotel in the South. This hotel is small but has everything you need. The location also great, not far from the restaurants and 66 beach. I keep coming back to this hotel for transit purposes and it works well. I booked room with double bed they didn't have at the moment and upgrade me to suite room, I think is free bout I have to pay the difference in the end. Not much but still, you upgrade my room but you charged it, no good. The bed is convinience , quiet and nice.

I like everything about the hotel, only they charged me to the upgrade room which I did not ask. Car park is dissaster. The security need to work harder to organize car around the hotel.

i like big, soft beds and clean bed sheets

the refrigerator is too noisy, the carpet has never been cleaned, the sower is broken

Over-all good! My friends who stayed longer in Bali chose to extend their stay too because they like it.

Location is good, very near the beach, restaurants and boutiques and airport. Staff are very accommodating. And our room got Netflix!!

Lack of toiletries (only have shampoo and body wash), shower doors rusty. Encountered several problems in the key card & door locks.

Happy to stay here again just wish there was a swim up bar !

The bed was comfortable, room was always kept clean from the cleaners, staff were friendly good area close to everything and about 5 minute walk to the beach..

No swim up bar Had to pay for the phone call but there was no sign of that

Liked the room, the staff were great, the breakfast was good & the pool great.

While the breakfast was good more variety on a day by day basis would be a valued improvement. We were on the top floor (4th floor) & the WiFi was very poor whereas on the lower floors it was fine.

Location and staff are great. But rooms are too humid.

Location is great. Staff is so kind.

1- Rooms are too humid, it’s really hard to sleep in the room. Although I changed my room once, other was still humid. I think the problem is because it’s old building. (Ms. Lilik tried her best to solve the problem. I appreciated her effort and thanks to her). 2- WiFi is cutting off every minutes in the room. So I could not work in my room.

A good room size but average experience.

I personally wanted to stay in a room with a decent size so I ended up choosing this accommodation, which I was happy with its size. Good location with restaurants and convenient stores outside. The staff was nice and friendly.

The shower room had a weird smell and no fan to get rid of the heat from the hot water shower, so the shower room was always moist. I personally found it hard to switch between the shower and lower tap as well. The room was not very sound-proofed, which I could hear the noise from the people walking or chatting outside. The mattress was quite soft, which I got back pain after staying there for 2 nights.

they painted all the deck area around the pool 1 day and couldnt really use the pool, and the smell was strong

The room was excellent as well as the restaurant and bar. It had a great feel and atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

Disappointing

bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay.

they were late by an hour to check us in and would not let us check out late. The staff were rude the whole time (the front desk staff), I had to repay with card when I got there and be refunded on booking.com which was never specified that you had to do and seem pretty dodgy. Extremely loud also. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, very expensive for what it is.
