Lovely location up on the hill with a great view. That said, if you have luggage you have to arrive at a time when there is a bus. It‘s lots of stairs up the hill from the train. But stunningly beautiful, passing through an old village. Another lovely village is just a little further up the hill from the hostel. There are a couple of shops and a cafe there but opening times do not necessarily coincide with your stay.

A beautiful location overlooking the sea ❤️ Really supportive and welcoming staff, they kept my backpack for three more days while I could move around freely with a daypack. Grazie mille:)

The hostel was clean and provided free towels and breakfasts which most other hostels would charge for, even then you are still only paying a fraction of the price compared to any other accommodation in the cinque terre region.
I enjoyed the stay a lot and the location to me was actually a plus for me because the lack of tourists in the area actually made the experience very authentic, but i must say that this hostel may not be the best place to stay for someone who wants to be in the middle of the cinque terre region (which is about a 10-15 minute train ride away).

The view was great. The location was nice and quiet. The breakfast also had a variety, unlike many places. The host was quite nice and helpful.

Clean and comfortable room with sea view (somewhat spoilt by the washing line in front). Good breakfast. Good wifi. Framura is an interesting and picturesque place part-way up a very steep hill, with narrow lanes and very steep steps connecting the various bits together, including the railway station on the coast. There are a couple of small bars nearby; the one I went in was nice, and a few locals were having things to eat as well as drink.
I arrived pretty much when I said I would, but the place was all locked up, there didn't appear to be a bell, and I rang the phone number I was given several times, but got no answer. I sat on the wall wondering what to do next when the owner popped his head out of an upstairs window and said he'd be down in a minute. Very odd.
Shower is very small. I'm not a fat person, but I had difficulty getting in/out.
Room was coolish when I arrived, though the heating came on, and it soon warmed up.
Apart from the bars mentioned, there's not much in Framura. I found 2 shops and a PO, all closed.

Stay was very nice, it is a very calm and welcoming place. The view from the room and the terrace overlooking the sea is stunning. Currently the 8 bed dorm is only occupied by max. 4 people which gives everyone plenty of space. Everything is cleaned daily, towels are exchanged every couple of days. Breakfast was included and there is a pizza place nearby (~200m) with tasty Italian pizza. Cinque Terre can be easily reached by train.
The view is nice but you have to take into account the steep walk to the hostel from the train station, bus only runs every couple of hours. Otherwise hitchhiking might be an option, there is only one main road going up the hill, get off at Ravecca.
There were a lot of mosquitos at night, it would be nice if there were some mosquito nets on the windows.

the view is amazing!!! nice rooms, wonderful place, friendly people… great experience!
there is a bus that takes you up the hill, that you should check out if you come by train and don’t want to walk the way up.
Marina and Piergiorgio are wonderful persons who were very helpful and patient! they respond directly to messages! they waited hours for us (we were stuck in the train traffic because of an earth quake at Genova)!
we felt very welcome! thank you so much🙏

Beautiful, serene location with incredible views. Nice escape from the more touristy areas further down the coast! Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast selection.

Exceptionally beautiful and quiet location. Good breakfast - coffee, bread, cheese, ham, cakes. Good value hostel, very clean. I really appreciated being able to access it via train and a twenty minute (very steep) hike, because when I was planning my journey I assumed I'd have to hire a car in order to access such tranquility. I didn't realise that there was a bus service from the train station to the hostel, but probably would have walked anyway.

Wow, this hostel is AMAZING!! it's in Framura but I bought the pass for Cinque terre and that would cover the train ride there, is very close by train, and it's a beautiful town, beautiful beaches as well. The hostel itself it's really great, it has a beautiful view. You eat breakfast (which is included with the price) at the balcony with and incredible view of the sea. This really surprised me, the price was a great deal. The stuff are very lovely, they let us checked in earlier. Clean rooms too, I stayed there 2 nights and ver quiet, good for resting. I'd absolutely stat here again.

The landscape was amazing and also the terrace was really nice.
Comfortable beds.
Good breakfast (buffet with sweets and salad food).
The bathroom had together WC and shower, so if someone of the room was doing the shower, no one could enter to go to the toilet. Furthermore is just one shower and 2 WC for 8 beds. Especially in the morning, this could be a problem.
The price could be a bit lower... For an hostel 30euros per night is a bit high.

Nice and quiet location, the breakfast provided was great and had a variety of options. Large shared fridge and freezer. Bathroom was nice and clean. Very close to Levanto train station which made it easy to get Cinque Terre. Very close to several nice beaches as well but without much shade. Great view of the beach from the room. Cupboards are large, and are able to be locked with the given key. Bedding and towel is provided.
No aircon or fans so the window had to be left open, bring insect repellant. Very steep to get to the hostel from the station, about 15 mins of steep stairs. Not many shops around, only one small grocery shop and a couple of cafes and restaurants. Hostel is closed during 11-2pm for cleaning, meaning guests must be outside during the hottest hours of the day.

Very nice hostel with a super view and friendly staff! It was one of the cleanest hostels I've ever been to! Breakfast was also nice but expect to have more sugary options than salty ones. Highly recommended

Good location for those who want to visit Cinque Terre. The first village is 15 minutes away by train from Framura. The courtyard of the hostel is an oasis of peace. The sea view is spectacular. Breakfast is free and good.

Lovely facility, incredible view with relaxing patio. I wish I'd spent more time here than other places. Good breakfast. Good sized lockers. Great price
I came early in the morning before I could figure out about the buses. A bit of a gruesome climb with bags ( at least for this ol' lady). Make sure you take the bus up, unless you came to hike anyhow.
