Resort ja, Relaxing nein

Geräumiges Zimmer, großes bequemes Bett, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute A/C

Die Anlage hat viele Zimmer und nur ca. 30 Liegen am Pool und nur 6 Liegen am Strand. Auf Nachfrage konnten keine Liegen organisiert werden. Dementsprechend sind sind morgens ab 7.00 fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert ( Mallorca-Style). Spa Bereich teilweise 5 mal so teuer wie draußen.

Buen hotel para pasar un par de noches

Great pool, average location, rip off spa

Great pool Good breakfast Cute little beach for sunrise - can’t swim there

Spa was outrageously expensive and not worth the money at all. Too few sun beds by the pool which were all taken by 7am. Only 8 beds have sun all day. People would get up, drop their towels on the sun beds and head for breakfast. Location is pretty bad We checked out in a hurry as our driver arrived early and we thought extra would be automatically charged on the credit card on file. We don’t use WhatsApp so we didn’t see any of their messages and instead of sending us an email they chased us all the way to Sanur and woke us up banging at our hotel room at 11pm !!!

Great location close to the restaurants and warungs.

Helpful staff, nice and clean rooms with equipment. The pool was amazing and whole area was made for relaxing. Great choice to stay.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location.

Excellent location close to the airport. Good breakfast and great restaurant food. Superb pool and loungers.

Restaurant service was a bit slow. Lot of jet ski and speed boat activity during the day.

exterieur très bien plus de soin a faire pour l intérieur

points positifs: le personnel est professionnel et compréhensif( merci à l accueil ). l environnement, le petit déjeuné est complet. piscine grand et avec panier de basket. proche de la plage

point négatifs: beaucoup d humidité et pas assez d aération dans les chambres d' ou la présence de petites moisissures. certaines chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles...( j'ai dû demandé à changer de chambre) . les parties communes devraient être mieux nettoyés( un gros cafard resté 3 jours devant l'acensseur 😔. Manque peut être de personnel. la piscine jonché de plastic on a dû aller sur une autre pkage pour se baigner.

It was convenient for one night

The beach and restaurant were nice

It was old and run down, the room smelt musty. I wanted to change my booking nights and ended up paying double which was frustrating.

Relaxant

L’hôtel était correct. Piscine incroyable, très grande. Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Varié avec salé et sucré. Le restaurant dans l’hôtel était très abordable. Cuisine européenne comme local, très bon et possibilité de se faire servir au bord de la piscine ou dans la chambre. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel si votre principale intérêt et de rester à l’hôtel pour se reposer.

La localisation. Les plages de ce côté de l’île sont extrêmement sales et pleine d’algues. Pas vraiment la faute de l’hôtel étant donné que les hôtels luxueux à côté ont le même problème.

Service, television.

The aircon was leaking when we got there. The bathroom fan wasn't working. The bathroom is extremely small. No Kimono. The bedding is extremely outdated, looks like from the sixties in a horror movie (Psycho). I had asked for the beds to be seperated, as I initially booked this trip for my mom and I, but she had since passed away and needed to amend the booking. Beds were not split as requested and confirmed that my request was received. The Chef at breakfast struggles with English, so the eggs were never done as requested. The pool water was very warm, counteracting the reason for a pool, to cool down. No activity at the hotel itself. Had to go to neighbouring hotels for a special supper or live music. Not sure why the pools close for the night. Sometimes the best time to swim is at night when the sun isn't so harsh.

Exceptional

Staff is very friendly and courteous. They upgraded our stay and the pool side side view was superb. Very nice stay. Close to beach. Enjoyed our morning and evening beach side walk. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options.

Old hotel with access to not-so-nice private beach.

Staff were great and breakfast was okay.

The hotel looks old and a bit ghosted. The room looks much older than the picture. Room smell a bit funny if no AC. The worse wifi hotel I have experienced.

Very noisy we couldn’t sleep, towels were disgusting old and rough, few chairs around swimming pool and all were full whenever we went for swim also I couldn’t find any towels for pool , shampoo , body wash and hand wash wasn’t full at the arrival all of them were half , wasn’t same as pictures

Rooms are not clean, the towels, napkins, beverages wasn’t provided as needed or they just forgotten sometimes. The beach was unclean and unable to swim due to seaweed. It wasn’t 5 star hotel as provided.

No ramp from lobby to the hotel lift so you should carry your luggage few stair steps. When your luggage so heavy, it might annoying

The family had a good experience at the hotel.

Breakfast was good enough for the family. Good variations over the 4 days we were staying there. The wifi was good enough for our use. And the coverage was sufficiently wide.

Nothing really. The staff were very nice and courteous.
