free Breakfast because of the dirty bathroom
The bathroom floor is supper slipery . Warning very extermly slipery floor even you weared a slipper, very Dangeouse. the bathroom didn’t clean, wet towel is hanging on the bathroom no towels were being changed. The tub is dirty with opened biscuits package. Very very very extremely slippery bathroom floor even trying to cover with towel still the same . Fall down every time step into the bathroom! After the 1 st report to clean up the dirty towel then we go out to travel. Couple hour when we back The big wet towel still hanging on the bathroom door . Ask for 2nd room service why and found out the tub is dirty as the same time. They come up to check only offer free breakfast. An throw out the wet towel just outside in front of our hotel room siting in the middle of the corridor until we left the hotel. very poor hygiene. my frd rent next room same thing happened to them not changed towels extermly slippery floor. also the room telephone actually was a deceration can not even connect with broken cable. my frd room telephone can be us but cannot have any respond. pls prepare yourself yiu must need to go down stair to ask for any service or help. also very weird free wifi from this hotel which request customer to type many personal information to access for the free hotel wifi. so we decided not to use the hotel free wifi

Not much. The staff, whilst very stressed, did their best. Parking was available.
Really quite expensive for the room. The TV didn't work but apparently none of the other rooms had TV either. Food was ok.

Limited choice of buffet with mediocre cooked breakfast: quite expensive too.
Room was cold with tepid shower water: dinners expensive with small portions.

The booked room hadn't been cleaned so wasn't able to be used. The heating in the room alternative room was too hot. As a result of opening a window to try and cool down the strong wind then blew the blinds around making a constant noise.

nice location, food was good, staff were excellent
was the only one staying in the hotel and the room was about the pub, music was loud until midnight then was ok, they must know this as there were earplugs in the room!!!

Very comfortable hotel at a central location with spacious rooms.
A nice bar for a coffee or a drink would make it even better.

friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast
bathroom a bit in need of some minor work- floor tiles
pricey when you have a family as you need two rooms

Difficult to say what I liked, I can say middling hotel…rooms cleaned…
It should be because I start to be little allergic to Hotels…but two rooms around 700 euro and then you have locked windows ..and instead to feel at home you feel more in prison?
To go to first and second floor staircase small and really dangerous too if tired or heavy bags…then eating half hour for one egg in the morning …and around 700 euro paid for one night and two rooms…I am crazy??
I didn’t like to stay there a part cost.

We stayed here whilst getting married at Eilean Donan Castle. The hotel is lovely and were very helpful towards us and the rest of our wedding party. We dined there a couple of times during our stay and the food was great. Of course, we'll return on our anniversary next year!

Door opened over stairs so dangerous!
When I complained the next morning, I was told it was because I booked it through booking.com and they couldn’t do anything! This did not explain the filth or the mess the room was in!

The best thing about the Hotel for us was the hotel staff. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and as helpful as they could be. The hotel itself was great for us. our room was very spacious and pleasant. The hotel’s food was excellent. the location is delightful, with lovely views of the sea.
We were unhappy about the bill for our two night stay. The charge for our second night was significantly higher than for the first night and significantly greater than had been quoted to me on booking.com. I challenged this anomaly in the bill with a young man at reception, but he said he was unable to comment re the bill because it was drawn up elsewhere. His advice was that I take up my concern with booking.com A disappointing end to our stay.
