Center location and all amenities just around you.

I came a bit early but they let me leave my backpack in there until check-in time. Room was good and quiet. Hotel is near everything you need in Santander - area around felt very safe and had lots and lots of evening entertainment around. Good sights etc. I could not have chosen better place to stay.

Everything about this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and in a perfect location. The facilities in the room are great too.

Cute little B&B in a great location. I arrived outside the reception working hours, but it was very easy and convenient to get in using the app. The room was cosy and clean, the bed was comfy.

The location was excellent! A lot closer to places of interest than I thought. Easy to find and transport links were great! The app to access the hotel is such a great idea and really useful. The staff were outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with the bathroom lock, and they had it fixed before the day was out! Our Spanish is poor, but they really made the effort with us. Breakfast was basic but filled us up for the day ahead. The rooms are good-sized, with everything you'll need in them. If you can't find something, the staff are likely to have it. Really good shower! Water pressure was perfect, and the cubicle itself was lovely and big.

As it's an old building, there are a lot of echos and noises (doors shutting, voices carrying through). But this is what you expect with an old building. Personally, I would have liked a bit more variety with breakfast. However, it was still very good! The only thing the room is missing is a full-length mirror.

Good value pleasant accommodation but might get too hot in summer

The B&B was centrally situated not far from the promenade overlooking a pleasant square with nice cafe's and bars nearby (but not too close to be a problem). The rooms were clean and comfortable with windows which opened on to the square. I would be happy to visit again in shoulder season - I suspect the rooms get hot in the summer as there were no shutters and there's no air conditioning.

The information about using the app to book in and access the B&B was confusing. Fortunately the friendly staff at the B&B provided card access as a back up but that wasn't clear until we arrived

super comfortable and v attractive

beautiful old building on an attractive old square in nice district located v close to ferry port, train station and bus station. great walks along the bay to museum, beaches, town centre and great choice of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. quiet at night. lovely spacious room with view of square and bay, big bathroom with brilliant shower. Best of all a kettle!!!! Comfortable bed with two pillows, heating if needed. friendly helpful reception staff, willing to give a bit of time, very nice breakfast. plus a bowl of boiled sweets at reception like all Spanish hotels used to have! there is a lift and it is dog friendly.

Super central location for Santander.

Very central hotel right in the middle of Santander. Hosted in a historic building, but the rooms are nice and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful with various things for my trip. Breakfast was held in another airy room and made for a nice morning in the middle of Santander. Around the area there's plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, the good beaches are a bus/boat ride away.

The outside can get a little noisy and windows have to be shut to cancel this out - not much the hotel can do about that. In the morning there was a lot of toing and froing noise, not sure much can be done about that, other than asking guests to cut down the noise.
