Four Seasons Hong Kong exceeded our expectations.

The staff's service and attention to detail are exceptional. I especially like the housekeeping staff. They are invisible, like ninjas. I never met them. However, they never fail to delight us upon our return to our room. They put cord organizers to, well, organize our chargers. They replenish meticulously whatever item (food or non-food) that we use in the room. The complimentary mango gummies are delicious! The staff in the lobby and restaurants are also super attentive. We never have to call them for anything. They can anticipate our needs. You can have the most beautiful infrastructure, but the frontliners that the guests come in contact with are the heart of any hotel.

The Lounge could use better interiors. It seems too modest for a Four Seasons property. Especially if one compares it to Argo. This restaurant is really just lovely.

Excellent Staycation

Pretty much everything is good. Room size just right and I especially enjoyed the recliner sofa next to the window. Room decor very relaxing; good color choices. Bathroom amenities good; I especially enjoyed the bathtub. All 4 breakfasts at the Lounge was very good, big portions, well prepared and they really keep client requests in mind. Room Service dinner beyond expectations. The spa offers great treatments and very good treatment rooms. Spa facilities are very good, especially the vitality pool. The staff are generally very well trained and helpful. The lobby staff excellent in anticipation of client needs. That is unusual and very much appreciated.

Fabulous service

The staff as a whole are excellent. The best service and facilities. The gentleman who met us at the airport and checked us in, took us to the gates was second to none.

We came back to hotel at 10.30pm and was unable to have a drink as bar was full. As a guest in a hotel this has never happened before and I feel is unacceptable. If it was not for the gentleman at the airport who went above and beyond I would have rated lower than 9.

the location is great right on Hong Kong station, accessible by AirPort Express train and connects to other subway lines through out the cities. Room is luxury, spacious and brand new since they’ve just finished renovation. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.

lovely time, good value for money.

location good, breakfast in bed was good. complimentary cake for our anniversary was well appreciated.

our orange juice dropped and the glass broke when the breakfast was delivered. it was an accident but we had to avoid the spill which did not make the breakfast as nice as it could have been.

NEVER COMING BACK!

Nothing because of the crazy hongkong COVID restrictions, don’t go there people are crazy!

double vaccinations and a pcr test is not enough for this psychopaths. your not allowed to eat or drink or go anywhere even with international documents and test. not even after quarantine. this country is loosing it. they just bankrupting hongkong and chasing everyone away. and the hotel doesn’t provide any services for people who are not from hongkong.

We feel welcomed and respected.

We stayed in renovated Peak View Rooms. Hotel location excellent. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff members very polite and obviously well-trained. We enjoyed in-room dining facilities and the food we well prepared and delivered on time. Certainly consider returning.

Pool, spa, bar, room, amenities…. everything is up to the highest standard. Staff were super helpful and friendly, as usual at Four Seasons properties.
