Excellent facility with 25m pool, gym, and access to the sea. Breakfasts at their beautiful terrace over looking the bay. I got gluten free bread every morning as well.
Warning not easy to walk down to the beach. This is however not belonging to the hotel.

Beautiful views, balcony overlooking the sea, view of Elba Island! Easy to park! Ferry port was just a few kilometers away! The best sunsets and views!! Restaurant was nearby.
Room was a bit sparse, the place is a bit dated. Breakfast nothing but sweets and carbs, few options!

The parking place is assigned for every room so you'll always find a free place for the car. The view is truly fantastic and also the opportunity to have your own private little garden in front of the room, with a table and chairs and sun beds. Also the staff was very kind and accomodating
Unfortunately it was full of mosquitoes when I entered, so I had to hunt them down before going to bed to avoid getting disturbed during the night... I understand they can't set up a net on the only opening of the room, the sliding door that gets you outside, but they could've at least offer a mosquito killer of some kind. Also, the stairs that lead to the lower level rooms are too steep and curved to get down with a suitcase. No elevator. And the procedure to do the check in for who comes after the reception closes at 4pm is tricky and takes time (don't understand why they close at 4pm when most places open their reception around that time...)

beachfront? breathtaking spectacular view of ocean and the Isle of Elba
Breakfast unavailable and closest restaurant not that appealing

exceptional and spectacular view.
our room was was very shabby and needs maintenance and refurbish
the information on the website don’t correspond to reality. in fact there is a swimming pool, but it is a municipal swimming pool open to public. the beach is not really a beach as it is made of rocks that make hard to access the sea.
no salted food at breakfast. finally, the pictures on the website don’t show that the hotel is in the middle of the town with many buildings just on the back.

View excellent. Especially at night. Great view.
Breakfast: croissant, coffee (excellent), biscuit, choice of honey, jam, juice. Good service.
Room could be bigger.
Swimming pool requires using caps. Did not try.
