Nothing we liked.
First thing we noticed - very tiny room, nice decor but really small with tiny balcony and the shower part of the bathroom also quite small.
It was hot and stuffy in the room so soon as we got in we put the aircon on and notice it is positioned right opposite the bed and in that tiny room it did not matter how you set the fan, it was blowing cold air all over us. If we turn it off it immediately gets hot. The window door (and only window in the room) to the balcony had outside shades but keeping them down meant no air coming in, keeping them up all the sunshine was in the room. The curtain was not wide enough to cover the whole window and keep the light out. There are street light that shine directly in the room opposite the bed. So fist main issue we had was that it was super hot and we either had to keep the aircon blowing all over us so both myself and my husband had back pain the next day and a runny nose, or we had to keep the door open but the light from the outside was irritating and we could not block it with the small curtain. Also, keeping the door open meant waking up at 4 am every morning as the land tight next to the hotel on the side of our room has leads of chickens and cocks roaming around making their usual noises before the sun rises and all day long.
Also, our room was right on top of the breakfast area and every single morning from 7 till 10 am we could hear the loudest ever cutlery and plates serving/ washing. Being as honest as one can be - these were the loudest kitchen noises I've ever heard. It was as if they are purposely trying to be as loud as possible.
We had breakfast there on the second morning which was also not a good experience. The dinning area is very small. They have a "bar" from which you can take whatever you want (just basic continental breakfast and the disgusting coffee and juices). That bar is on the narrow patio that people walk to get to the balcony with outside tables.
It was simply impossible to have two people grabbing from the same plate or more than 3 being in line so that was a slow and annoying process but we could totally ignore it had everything else been okay.
The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept in! I like hard mattresses but this was harder than the tiled floor! Pillows also cheap quality.
Cleanliness was ok-ish but considering it looks as a new hotel the bathroom will soon look disgusting if that is how they keep it clean. They changed the towels every day which from an eco-friendly point of view is not ok but we had nowhere to let the hand and dry so needed changing. The cleaning staff leave the clean linen on the floor of the hallway which I did not like.
All in all - hotel looks ok and modern but is small, uncomfortable, staff doesn't care about guests. We asked the order if we could change the room with another where at least the air con is not opposite the bed but he said "same problem in all rooms" and clearly didn't care one bit.
On the last day I wanted to pay with a debit card and the girl at reception took my card underneath the desk where it wasn't visible to me what she was doing - not okay! and my card got declined which she said is because of wrong pin. Tried again and the same happened. Third time I asked to use the chip and insert it instead of the contactless option and this time I clearly saw it said "PIN OK" but she said it was wrong again. NO, it was NOT! I do not know what she was doing but my card got blocked after 3 unsuccessful tries - it had sufficient amount of money and pin was correct. So we paid cash which wasn't a big deal but I did not like the attitude.
We will never stay there again. Not worth the money at all mainly because of the bad service, stupidly positioned aircon with bad smell and dust coming out of it, loud noises from kitchen, most uncomfortable bed, loud surrounding unless you like being woken up at 4 am by roosters crowing.

Location was good, new and clean place.
Mattress was very unconfomfortable especially with annoying waterproof cover under it. A/C location was not right, directly blows to your head.

Excellent location and very nice ambience
Room cleaning was a bit average..also we had a leg injury and the sheets were not even changed the next day..We would appreciate it if there were a couple of bottles of water available in the room

Hotel was located in a quiet area, but just a 5-7 minute walk to the center of Thassos Town where all the shops and restaurants are. The room was clean. It also had a great pool. The breakfast was ok as well. Large parking lot. Great value for money.
Nothing I can think of.

It was nice overall
That I couldn’t leave my pet in the room even for a while which lead to not traveling with it.
