Nothing really positive to say at all.
I feel I should let you know about my recent stay.
Have to say the the room wasn’t very clean. Cobwebs all around ceiling and corners, in both bedroom and bathroom.
Constant dripping on toilet made it really hard to get to sleep. Also, it seems there is some water pressure vessel located in the roof space above the room which constantly making a noise whenever anyone is running water (hot), also kept me awake and woke me early.
That said, even worse was the DIRE shower, hardly a trickle and then also pulsing from nothing to a small spray due the pressure vessel in the loft. Probably one of the worst nights stay in a hotel ever (I have a video of this), definitely the worse shower experience anywhere I have ever stayed. Left me feeling tired and dirty for my meetings the following day.
Really disappointing and will be uploading my photos, video evidence etc.
I suggest the owner review their cleaning arrangements and get a plumber in to replace the pressure vessel and fix the dripping toilet before your next guest has to go through something similar!

Location & price.Clean towels & room fairly clean.
Shower door fell off. Shower not powerful enough and if lifted above waist height stopped working. Only 2 loo rolls supplied for 4 days of stay. Only 2 tea bags & 2 coffee and 3 milks supplied for 4 days.

Place is closed, no staff, no food, no bar, just a room with a bed. Find somewhere else to stay.

Decent value for money.
Staff less with earliest check-in 4pm which is fine, but come 4:15pm I still had no details how to get in etc. Would be handy if supplied this info much earlier in the day.

For the cost of £44 it was run of the mill
I was booked in room 34 but on arrival I discovered that someone was already in that room, so not good.

No water, rain in the room!

Not a lot.
One hand towel left for me for the week. (I'm over 6'). No towel changes. No bath towel. The heating went off during the night and then pipes clanked and kept me awake. I was up at 5 every morning. Not amused!
I had to buy a heater to keep on all night to keep warm, during a particularly cold week. The fan heater also disguised the sound of the clanking but it was an expensive disguise.
I emailed the company with my complaints but got no reply. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I will not be returning.
This week, I've paid more for my comfort, I guess you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness
Access, email about access needs to be sent with or before confirmation email.. I am working with WiFi only got confirmation and broke contact..Actual access is a complete nightmare. Room had no running water, then water started drinking through the roof and it was cold. Moved with booking.coms help to another room, even colder with no heating in the bathroom,no possibility of having a shower. The beds were singles with differing mattresses could not be put together. So cold in the night had to borrow a duvet from the room we vacated. there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang any clothing nor even a towel. The complementary drinks were too upmarket just need black coffee flat white cappuccino mochas are too much. The list could go on, this is a shame for someone is spending money on the place and clearly will be better. The whole situation was distressing so I can only say on that night it was awful.

Comfortable, clean, access details given for the
property were clear and precise.
We were told in advance that no staff would be
on-site and that there were renovations going on
and we appreciated being given then chance to
cancel if this didn’t meet our requirements. This
wasn’t an issue for us at all and we were more than
happy to stay still.
No soap in the bathroom. Seriously! I can’t get
over that after over 2 years of Covid, soap wasn’t
provided. We saw someone else posted about no
soap being provided and though that perhaps
the cleaning team overlooked this. Nope. Really guys,
this is a fundamental nowadays. Please pop soap on
rooms- it’d make such a difference to people’s experiences.

Good value breakfast from the Street Food van. Friendly service.
Entering from the emergency exit.

Good value. Location convenient for us.
Breakfast from van in car park was surprisingly good.
Access on foot along busy street (no pavement)
Internal stairs would be tricky if not nimble.
