Very peaceful. Convenient by shuttle bus. Speedy check in and very friendly staff. Cold storage and 7-11 just few minutes away.
Wished there was microwave to heat up our food.

Our room facing the marina was spectacular .
My husband was mesmerized by the close view of yacht and we were surprised by the complimentary birthday cake.
We will be coming again for a longer stay soon!!!

The room was big and nice.
The receptionist could have been more informative and wellcoming. She was supposed to tell us better about transportation, places of interest, and so on.

I expected there would have been more options available. Felt it was very limited to local breakfast cuisine.
We arrived late at night and our room was certainly lovely but there were no instructions in the room on how to turn off lights to sleep. We eventually got the reception staff to come to our aid. Not what you need after a long flight when all you need is to flop into bed. Instructions in room would solve any issue here. The shower was over a deep sunken bath. Fine for us but not if you have any mobility issues.

It was really a very pleasant surprise that we didnt expect to get a free upgrade to suite as a birthday celebration!

Good view. Good service. Not a full service hotel but they clean daily and have comfortable beds. There is a convenience store and good restaurants in the vicinity too.
Shower is in a bath tub that's lower than the ground. It's not ideal for seniors or kids.

We enjoyed the great view we had from our balcony. Room was acceptable.
The shower was definitely not suitable for us. We are seniors and we struggled to get in to the deep tub and get out. We couldn't accept this part of it. In fact I didn't have my shower the second day. the first day I went and had my shower at the pool.

The view of the marina and the surrounding area.
Check-in was delayed by 30 mins.
Floor board of the room entrance warped. One part was taped but others weren’t. Dangerous for kids when they move around that place.
Balcony was dirty (see picture), window screen
The room is tired looking and some lights are not working, so the room look dim.
Aircon is very strong at the dining area but couldn’t cool the living room space adequately. Food on the table turn cold very quickly.
Guests in the neighbour suite talked and laughed very loudly till 1.30am. The staff didn’t request those guests to leave at 10pm according to the accommodation guidelines.
