Beautiful and with an excellent location!
Water wasn’t hot in our shower and reported it but wasn’t solved.

There’s not one thing we didn’t like! The room was wonderful, the complimentary beach thongs & mini bar were such nice touches. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. They gave us an umbrella when it rained, restaurant recommendations & helped us with luggage. The pool is great, with easy service for drinks & epic views. Breakfast is a 10/10 with so much variety including organic eggs. Valet parking was a breeze & so worth it. The location is fantastic only a 1 minute walk from the cable car & a few mins into town centre. We highly recommend this hotel & would stay again. It’s such a special place and it’s beautifully appointed. Cannot rave enough you must book here if staying in Taormina. It felt like our honeymoon before we’ve even gotten married.
Nothing!!!! There are no bad things about Villa Fiorita.

This hotel was absolutely stunning!! I loved everything about it! Location, staff, decor, everything exceeded my expectations. Our view and patio were stunning, the staff that mixed our drinks after a day of shopping were the best (best cosmopolitans ever), I honestly cannot say enough about this hotel. All of the staff members were soo accommodating.
The only recommendation or suggestion that I would make is the breakfast meals (that we ordered) would have tasted better (eggs omelette's, etc.) if the meals were a little more hot (temperature wise). Nothing else....everything was perfect!
We will be back!!

Hotel was very good, especially the staff from reception to breakfast servers to bar service to room service who were all extremely helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Made us feel very welcome. Hotel was spotless, breakfasts, were excellent. Room itself was great, we opted for one with a sea view which you could see when standing up but the outside space had a concrete half sized wall at the end so the 'sea view' wasn't really there when on the sun lounger which put you below the height of the wall.
Location was ideal for us, halfway uphill (its steady, not too steep) between the bus terminus and Porto Catania (one end of the Corso Umberto main street through the town centre) which are about 300m apart and 50m from the cable car that takes you to the coast road.
Taormina itself is beautiful, one of the nicest towns I've ever stayed in...its cut into a hillside and you'll encounter lots of steps in the town centre but the streets and piazzas are stunning as are the views. Plenty of great shops and restaurants. It gets really busy late July and throughout August and I can see why....we went early October, busy enough but not manic.
Couple of tips...Etnapeople are a tour operator that specialise in small group tours of up to 8 people, they were recommended by the hotel for a trip up Etna + wine tasting + Alcantara Gorge which was superb. Our guide spoke great English and was a freelance geologist so knew lots of things that others tour guides probably don't. If you like a beer that's not the usual Peroni, Messina, Moretti and the like, check out Re di Bastoni on the Corso Umberto...its a great atmosphere with people coming and going all the time, the staff are really friendly and has some cracking craft beers, although they also do some mean cocktails if that's your thing.
Nothing I didn't like, only thing to be aware of when booking this hotel is that its east facing, partway up the hill with the Greek amphitheatre at the top of the hill behind the hotel which means you lose the sun fairly early (it was gone by 3.30pm in Oct when we were there) if sunbathing all day is your thing. But why anyone would want sunbathe all day when there is so much to see and do would be a waste of a holiday.

Absolutely everything. This is my second stay at Villa Fiorita and is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the rooms, to the facilities, the breakfast and the staff, everything was above and beyond what we could have imagined. The staff were so kind and helpful, and very accommodating of our baby. We had a leak in our room and were immediately upgraded to a superior room with a view at no extra charge. The view is spectacular and the bar is situated perfectly overlooking the view, and bar staff very kind. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to be back.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Great location, 5 mins walk from the main strip and right next to the cable cars that take you down to the beach and Isola Bella. Nice interiors, small pool but the pool area itself is very nice and has great views. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could've been slightly better - hot food selection a bit lacking but if you're used to a European continental breakfast you'll be happy. Air conditioning wasn't very powerful at night but that didn't bother us too much.
