It has potential

It is was easy to get there. There is also a food store in front of this place. Huge garden.

Too little space for a room of four in the annex. Too warm in the loft of the annex. There were some fans but I do nor think it helps if it is really a warm day. It would ve wonderful if the loft had a window. You can hear your neighbours thtough the walls. One night I even needed to knock at the door and talk to them. There is a little pentry but it was not easy to cook/wash in such a little space.

Not worth your money - Extremely filthy

We did not have breakfast at the location since it wasn't included. The location was far away from everything. All other destinations needs to be reached by car. Only walking distance was ICA, the supermarket.

The reception was barely open at all, not even on the hours it stated. The cabin was extremely dirty and filthy and full of bugs and spiders. Even after letting the staff know it wasn't cleaned properly they didn't remove the spider webs in the ceiling and upon the furnishure. Tons and tons of spiders outside the cabin and windows plus inside the shower and bathroom. For someone with a fobia this was a nightmare and I will never stay here again! Only one restroom too and tons of guests. Not worth such a high price for such low quality place.

Very basic, but good location and convenient

Very good location just off the main road to Borgholm. A food store (ICA) is just nearby, which is convenient.

We stayed in one of the two separate cottages with shared bathrooms and showers. These cottages have very basic and old furnishings. At least the small fridge worked well. A lot of guests share a single toilet. No instructions on how to clean the room were provided which caused some confusion before we figured it out.

Can recommend

We stayed 5 nights and we loved it. The host are very nice and friendly, the property is great with lots of outside space. The food there is also really good.

The property is next to a big road, so when the windows were open it was a little loud, but the windows are really good, once they were closed we hardly heard the traffic

Nice and convenient

Covenient place to explore Oland. Very friendly and helpful owners (they arranged us breakfast at 7:00). Air-conditioning, almost fully equipped cabin (kitchen, toilet but no shower). Place by the main road but quiet at night. ICA store just accross the street. Kroppkakor :)

Only one shower for several cabins - had to wait in the evening. Two mattresses are on the attic of the cabin (+two beds on ground floor), it was hot there as conditioned cool air stayed below.

Disappointed

Ava, the girl was really nice but maybe not enough helped by owners we haven't seen The localisation of the B&B however is really nice at 1h30 from each part of Öland, we spend three night to this place

Really disappointed by the breakfast (bread and orange juice) Compare to the picture the room doesn't looks like it at all, shower was dirty with hair inside, dead flower in a pot, cold room,... The price was relatively high compare to the room we get, one room full commodities
