lovely people and hotel

beautiful lobby and common areas. the spa services were amazing.

there were no accommodations for site-seeing. I was given a driver to take me around but with the language barrier communication was not feasible. I would suggest the hotel partner with a local tour company to refer their guests.

Service at ground floor restaurant . One executive Harpreet Singh was extremely courteous and helpful.

When I ordered breakfast in my room, bearer asked for payment. I was in the washroom and my wife requested him to add in room bill and that we will settle when we check out. he refused and insisted for payment. I then paid by credit card. Informed reception the next day ( Sid ) and he has not clarified. PATHETIC and HUMILIATING. A first experience for us.

Loved it! Will be back again

Customer experience was excellent at all levels; from check-in, room service, staff at restaurant, spa etc. Dim Sum at Flying Elephant was yummy. Very pleased and definitely my go-to hotel when i visit chennai.

A perfect place for a relaxing break!

Jaya (Kitchen) was very helpful and supportive. She made sure that the food was delivered on time. Catering team on the whole was good! Kumaran from Housekeeping did an excellent job. Gym and Spa faciliaties were very good. Good WiFi.

Very expensive compared to similar hotels in Chennai.

very good experience

Love the service at the reception. Very friendly! I loved the room as well - super spacious with all the necessary things you would need. Very clean and welcoming. Also the bar/disco was pretty busy which i liked but the room was soundproof!

Highly Recommended!

I had an unforgettable stay at Park Hyatt! The room service was top-notch, with prompt and attentive staff catering to my every need. The food was divine, and the chef's creations exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—I can't wait to return!

Superb, not to miss 10/10

It was a superb stay. Staff attentive, extremely helpfull, and very well trained. Breakfast, one of the best we have experienced as seasonned travellers for work for 40 years. Room very spacious and good value for money. And as we had a very early departure for the airport, the chef prepared a breakfast at no extra cost for us put into a bag, much more delicious than the breakfast offered in the business class lounge at Chenai Airport or by BA. And a fantastic swimming pool. One of the best experience we both have had. Congratulations. 100% perfect.

Overall, a great stay and I plan to return.

The food was excellent and the service was great. A special thanks to Rahul, Moses, Alem, Anisha and Maya. Prem and Raj are outstanding and Hyatt should be proud to have them.

Last week a group came into the dining room and started to eat the buffet course whilst standing up at the food counter and at least 2 of the guests, eating with hands, started to help themselves with more food with the same eating hand, This is breaking hygiene standards and of course etiquette. There was no attempt by hotel staff to guide these people to their table. Management needs to take action so that this is not repeated. Some of the front desk staff are not very knowledgeable of the local area. Training is therefore required. The bed was initially uncomfortable but later the mattress was changed to a hard one.

I traveled from USA to India for vacation. Everyone treated me very nicely. Fron entrance>reception/lobby>food (waiter/waitress)>bar lounge> lastly, room service was the best.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The complimentary toiletries were very generous and more than other hotels. Lots of bottled water in the room, lovely coffee and teas. Very thoughtful about every aspect because you could ask them for so many additional things free of charges. Lots of personal touches in the room.Comfortable beds. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly. What can I say about the food....amazing! The breakfast buffet and night buffet had so many choices. And if we wanted anything that wasn't even on the menu they were happy to prepare it for us! The restaurant staff were simply fantastic...I cannot remember all their names as I would love to mention everyone...I wish I had written them down( i remember Kapil) but everyone looked after us so well including the chefs and managers who all come and have a little chat with us to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Hats off to such excellent service which felt like it came from the heart. They even brought out cake on the last day with 'see you soon...' iced on the plate. I will surely stay at Park Hyatt again.

NO REGRETS CHOOSING PARK HYATT!

The service staff were exceptional. Special mention goes to the banquet manger Mr Selva, who took takes a special interest in getting to know their guests & their likes & goes out of his way to get things done for them in terms of food/dining. Service staff Lems was also very very helpful. All the staff were excellent in their job...& we couldnt be happier staying there .

Just wish there were more varities for both breakfast & dinner buffet. Otherwise the food was delicious.
