Nice but small things could make it so much better

The room size was great for what I needed.

But in saying that the fixing were loose and needing a facelift. For the size of the room and the size of the bathroom a shower could utilise the room better

Food great value, spa needs to be maintained better as it blew muck out of the jets when I first turned on.

It was adequate, but I wouldn’t want to stay there again unless there were some quieter units.

The room itself was adequate, it was clean with a comfortable bed and the shower was good.

A warning from the staff at reception that there was a function on Saturday night and that it would be very loud would have been appreciated. I realise that it is the location of the property, but the traffic noise in the car park and also on Main North East rd was awful.

Close to shops ,city location tea tree plaza shopping centre about 4k up the road

No microwave, it would have been nice to heat up the milk for a Milo or cereal

We booked a room for 3 as my grandson has special needs. He had to sleep on the sofa ( no sheets ) also no seperate shower as over the spa bath. My wife & I are in our 60's so difficult to have a shower🥺

Quiet and practical.

Staff were super friendly and so willing to help. Plenty of spacious parking. Short drive or if you prefer walk to shops and TAFE. The view from the 'Rooftop Bar' was amazing and would make a perfect location for a private function.

Very disappointed with the bathroom. Spa cleaning should be a high priority.

Couldn’t check in until 3.30. First room. Spa was disgustingly dirty. Second room. That Spa hadnt been cleaned Either. Management sent a staff Memeber to do so. And then gave us a dinning voucher. The outside light stayed on all night. Beaming in through the gap between window and blind.

Last time we stayed we had breakfast in the dining room instead we got 3 pouches of cereal and 3 bowls. The lights outside shone into the room. Not dark enough for us.
