Fui por trabajo, estuve dos noches y el hotel cumple con lo básico para una corta estadía

Desayuno muy rico y variado. ubicación super buena

tenia solo un enchufe la habitación y se encontraba en el baño. el control de TV no funcionaba bn

La pieza estaba en excelentes condiciones: cómoda, limpia y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Su personal es muy amable y de buen trato al huésped.

It was ok but disappointing if you look at the price.

location, nothing else really. The place was ok, but not really worth it. Too expensive for 1 night. I wouldn't recommended so.... I don't think im going to stay ever again.

We didn't like the location of the room. The windows was really weird, it looked to the hallway. Never seen that before. It haded the vibe of a Motel rather than a Hotel.

Cómodo, muy limpio, con aire acondicionado controlado por cliente, bien ubicado.

La limpieza de la habilitación, el desayuno variado y la amabilidad en la atención. Ademas cuenta con un estacionamiento seguro para dejar pertenencias en el auto. Es mi segunda oportunidad de uso y me siento cómodo. Ademas es relevante su ubicación, a media cuadra de la plaza , con opciones de farmacia y de restaurantes.

Mejorar las condiciones visuales del estacionamiento y agregar un letrero "cuidado desnivel" en acceso al baño de la habitación. Molesta levemente un ruido de una empresa cercana (ruido y golpe). A mi no me molesto, pero a personas de sueño liviano podría afectar, porque es repetitivo, varias veces en una hora.

Breakfast. Scrumble eggs cold and bread definitely stale bread. Comfortable bed but I usually sleep on a quite bigger one.

horrible, no thing like advertised, hotel is old and dirty and breakfast is almost nothing

nothing I feel scam, the web page shows photos of a modern clean hotel and it was nothing like that!

old, dirty, not at all what they advertised, HORRIBLE breakfast, they told us to come down at 9.40 for breakfast cuz they had schedules, we were there at 9.35 and no eggs or hot water for coffee nothing and when we ask the lady said it was to late, even tho that was the time they told us to go. not worth the money at all. wish I could get my money back cuz this was a complete scam, not at all what they advertised

nothing really not very clean, the room was tiny one of the bed was not very comfortable, the ir conditioning was noisy, the room was a bit smelly in general me and mother was not very happy Terrazas hotel not recommended ( we paid almost $ 140.000 Chilean pesos for that small room for two nights stay also the breakfast was poor ….

nothing really never come back again need the owner to supervise the property much closer the person running that hotel is not doing really a great job…

Perfect sleepover when driving long hours

It’s exactly halfway between Santiago and Puerto Varas. Instead of driving 12 hours in a row, we drove 6, then slept at Terrazas Chillan, and drove the rest the next day. Much better!

Great stay in Chillan! Central location, amazing staff.

Amazing amazing staff!!! Very friendly, attentive. Reese, the night receptionist, was particularly notable for his professional and kind service.

Ventilation in the bathroom. Didn't let shower vapor out properly, so it had a little bit of a humid smell permanently.

The room was very comfortable and the bath was very clean.

The covid-19 protocols where very poor in the breakfast .
